Great Product! easy wash of outer shell. def wash before use. product comes packed in small box and expands to normal size in seconds after unpacking. The ability to remove the fill to personalize is a game changer. That makes this the perfect pillow purchase. I just picked up a second set.

Good quality pillow the cover is nice and its filled with a lot of foam. I thought about taking some foam out but it's not that dense so I don't want it too flat. Gets pretty hot pretty quickly could be better in that department.

These pillows are amazing! My old pillow had seen better days so I was ready for an upgrade and these pillows were definitely quite the upgrade. They are very large and actually have some weight to them but they are extremely soft and comfortable. They are stuffed to the seems with shreaded memory foam which makes it very fluffy but once you've laid on it for about a minute the memory foam squishes down and forms to your head which makes it very comfortable. If it is too fluffy for your liking you are also able to unzip the pillow and remove some of the shredded memory foam until it is to your liking which is very nice and makes this pillow very customizable. So far I have not felt this pillow get warm so I guess the cooling aspect really does work which I was skepticle of. The cover that it comes with is very soft and comfortable as well and can be taken off if the design is not appealing. Overall, I cannot recommend this pillow enough and would highly suggest trying it out!
