I've been suffering from headaches for so long because I can't find the right pillow. All thru the night I'm turning my pillow over to get that clump off fluff that's gathered at the bottom so I have the support for my neck, plus I like that is cold. This pillow has that support I've been searching for and I've noticed I haven't woke up with a headache, it's only been 4 days, but those 4 days have been bliss. I'm not waking up as much either. The only thing I do wish is that it came in different sizes not the pillow but the roll. I did wake up with a pain in the neck from the roll being so high. Provides good neck support and positions your head so that neck pain is alleviated. I was used to sleeping on a softer pillow so it did take a little getting used to at first. Seems well made and fits into a regular size pillow case.

I ordered 2 different pillows, but ended up keeping this one. This pillow is a little more firm than I prefer, but the arch for the neck fits great for my shape. I have broad shoulders for my petite body size so other pillows were not offering the support that I need and that was causing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I'm a side sleeper so without proper support from other pillows my shoulders would cave in and hurt. With this pillow I may even be able to sleep on my back also though since the support keeps my head up properly, no more cutting off of the airways like with other pillows. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this pillow to others. Definitely worth a try! ... show more
