It was shipped very quickly, and I got it several days later. It is pretty sturdy and comfortable to use. We (2 people) sat on it without any wiggling. Both my wife and I were satisfied with the quality of this bed. I’m 5’7, and the bed is big enough for me. I adjusted the height to a lower level for better massage experiences. The headrest and arm rests are super simple to adjust. We can fold it easily and it can also be used in a folded state to save some space in the room. The faux leather is easy to clean and sanitize. We have neck and back pain issues, so this massage bed really helps us to get some relief when we work from home. We are happy with this purchase and it’s worth the money spent, so we gave 5 stars.

Inconsistent Build Quality But Comfortable

Amazon warns you that this is a frequently returned product on the product page, and I indeed had to return mine for another one. Build quality is extremely inconsistent. The first one I received had pieces falling off because they weren't glued well, and the removable headrest was broken. The replacement unit was much better assembled and didn't have any broken parts. The table is comfortable and sturdy and can comfortably fit a person who is 220+ pounds. It is difficult to put away in the carrying bag, but that's to be expected for something so bulky.

The product is fine. However, I must say that I live in a big condo complex with a mail room, and we have explicit signs not to leave packages in the mail area. That they are supposed to be taken to the door of the recipient.

Very comfortable and sturdy message table

I reviewed message table after message table, sometimes multiple times. You will discover that most use the same features and it gets confusing as to what table to order. I am 260 lbs. so table strength was a prime concern. Comfort was also a concern. The KKC Premium tablet seemed like it fit the bill. So I took a chance and ordered the KKC table. We both couldn't be happier. This table is easy to open and close. The pouch for massage oil is convenient. I wish I could leave a review on the manufacturer's site to let them know how pleased we are regarding our purchase. UPDATE: For those of you who are having trouble folding the tablet, with the accessories inside here are some suggestions. FIRST, when you first unfold the table take a photo of how the accessories are stored otherwise you will have a problem refolding the table. If you have not done that this is what I found works fairly well. Place the side armrests under the elastics next to the fold. Put the armrests next to each other with the poles under the armrests, Place the headrest (wooden portion) under the next set of elastics with the headrest pad on top of the wooden portion and surrounded by the elastics. Finally under the last set of elastics place the armrest that goes under the headrest and the accessory bag. As you close up the table you may have to slightly adjust the pieces so that the table legs don't bind when you try to lock the table. This seems to work for me.

Excellent massage table!

This table is very sturdy, easy to adjust lots of different ways, and it's also easy to set up and take down. It stores easily and doesn't take up much space when put away. It's professional quality - the padding feels nice and the surface material is very durable. Light enough to carry with one hand once folded up. The setup is easy and only takes a few moments, as does putting it away.

Broken headrest

Unfortunately an arm for the head rest mount snapped off before we even handed chance to set it up. No way to contact the seller, and haven’t found a way to order a stand alone headrest.
