The media could not be loaded. Delivery was smooth and on time. I love the versatility of this sectional. For movie nights we move the ottomans and turn it into a giant bed couch. It is firm but not too firm. I'm hoping with the decent amount of firmness the cushions don't wear down too fast. I love that the ottomans and armless chairs open for storage, we have games in one and extra pillows and blankets in another. Their customer service team is excellent. I did have a small issue with my order but customer service was in touch in a timely manner and always responsive. I had never ordered a couch off of Amazon or without seeing it in person first so this sat in my cart for a while before I actually purchased it but it's great, the fabric, the storage, the versatility and the customer service. I have no regrets with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this sectional! The couch came a lot sooner than the expected delivery day, it was easy to put together, and doesn’t weigh too much. I like how there is so much storage room under the single chair pieces and ottoman. I also enjoy being able to move around the pieces separately to create different styles in our family room. Overall, the sectional is a great buy! I will definitely be ordering more furniture from this company again, I couldn’t ask for a more stylish sectional for our space. Also, Customer service has been wonderful to communicate with. They answered all of my questions and reply back very quickly. Very satisfied!

I love this modular set as it allowed me to build up what was needed for my living room. I enjoy the added detail with the silver studs around the edges of the units. Its very comfy and extremely affordable for the price point. Super easy to put together, took about an hour.

I 100% recommend this to everyone I ordered two big sets total of 14 chairs and 8 corners received them very fast i ordered because you can make any combination that you like according to your space in your home As far as the quality is Great and Looks Great too get Alot of compliments from freinds and family very very comfortable every one my home loves them and the extra space under is a huge plus especially if you have kids with alot of toys. seller communication is outstanding and answered all my questions about the product accordingly Alex Is awesome

Excellent product for a great price. The couch is of excellent quality and total value for money. It is modular so easy to configure in different layouts. The carrier lost a box in the shipment. I was able to work with Amazon and the seller who is very responsive. The seller sent a replacement (for corner lost by carrier) for free at no extra cost. This is great customer service. I recommend this product.
