We ordered the pine color in double bed, 12" high. Instructions were amazing - clear and well-written. Pieces went together without a hitch and without having to change or enlarge holes. All tools and hardware were included. Frame and slats are sturdy and legs sit totally flat on the floor - no rocking at all. I bought this frame to replace my old adjustable base that was too heavy to move and clean under. This frame is a good height to be able to get under, and is light enough to be easily moved. My husband and I assembled it in about 30 minutes, it was super simple to set up with very clear instructions. It's a great height to get in and out of bed, and I'm actually able to utilize under bed storage without having to struggle with it. We slept on it and can attest that it's very sturdy and supportive, it's absolutely perfect for what we needed. Also, the wood grain and color is gorgeous! The bed frame does not make noise so far however I just put it up who knows in the long run. It did kind of wiggle at first when I installed the middle legs. So I did have to add something extra at the bottom of the legs. I do think this maybe has to do with my floor instead of the bed frame. But it is weird that before I added the middle legs it was sturdy and no wiggling was going on. The wood feels nice and looks nice and it was really easy to install. Watch out for that middle leg on the sides definitely is toe stubber 3000 ! Haha ... show more

For a fraction of the price of bed frames at furniture stores, this frame feels like about the same quality. The price actually had me worried that this frame was going to be low quality, but I'm glad I took the chance with the aide of all of the positive reviews here. The frame was super easy to assemble by myself in about 20 minutes. If you're doing it alone you'll need to pile some books under the side pieces when you get to the part where you're connecting the full frame to keep the pieces lined up. The way that they package the slats made it so easy to install. In about two minutes the slats on both ends were done, meanwhile I had a friend complain to me about the hours it took her to install IKEA slats. This bed has anything in IKEA beat by a mile. Other than a creak here or there when I'm getting up, the bed has been silent. The only thing I could complain about is that because I bought the bed in "White" the pieces had a strong fresh paint smell when it arrived. So much so I considered returning it. I took the packaging apart and let the wood pieces air out in my garage for a couple of day and that did the trick. I don't think I'd have had that issue with the natural wood colors. For foam bed users, I'm using a Tuft and Needle bed (the first model they sold online) and I've seen no issues with the slat spacing. ... show more

Will never buy another type of bed frame. This build is solid. Hubby said it was somewhat easy to assemble. Like the finish. Height is good. Plenty of room for storage underneath. No missing parts. Makes no noise.
