    • This sofa is tiny
Keep in mind when you purchase this the dimensions of the product, It's super super super low to the ground. Which make it a real pain. The futon is uncomfortable with the woods posts clearly feelable through the fabric. This is a great couch for my dogs, but a horrible couch for my humans :)

The locking assembly on the left arm was not placed correctly. Luckily i had the tools to fix it, but for a regular customer they would of had to return the whole thing. That was my biggest issue. Besides that its pretty comfortable and fits well in my room.

This product was such poor quality compared to the photos advertised. The cushions all came vacuum sealed but never fluffed up, even after a week. The couch looked very cheap and was uncomfortable even to sit on. I attempted to return it and was told it had to be returned in its original packaging (which was impossible because the original was vacuum sealed), AND that I was responsible for shipping! Reboxed it in 2 pkgs and took it to be shipped. The return shipping cost alone was well over $300! No other solution was given to rectify the problem and we were stuck with a couch we don’t want. ... show more

    • Don't Waste Your Money
Extremely uncomfortable when used as a bed. The area where the hardboard bottom zips to the cushions can not be slept on as it is a slightly raised ridge, causing pain. I don't even think it would be suitable for a small child to use as a bed. 'I've ordered a twin-size memory foam mattress to see if this will help. Also, the two back cushions are very flat and uncomfortable, I will add some throw pillows for better back support when using it as a sofa. Considering having to spend another $200, it's not worth the value for a sofa bed. Don't waste your money. ... show more

We bought this for our camper. It was very easy to assemble, but it is much smaller than what we were expecting. It is so low to the ground and almost looks like it belongs in a doll house. Price is very expensive for what it is.

    • It arrived when promised and was able to be assembled. i'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE!
For my purposes it is a perfect fit!! I'm delighted it arrived as promised and could be assembled easily. The color is just right Very happy with the purchase. Someone asked how long the bed isI measured it and it's 73 1/2 inches I hope this helps.

    • BEWARE! Scammers and Poor Quality
The product was garbage. The holes did not line up so assembling it was not possible. In order to get a refund they required a product return, but THEY DO NOT PAY SHIPPING. They said I would be refunded the shipping costs once they examined the product. They gave me a refund for the couch (proving it was defective) but now refuse to refund the shipping costs - which were more than the couch. Hopefully, Amazon can help me out here.
