Picked up at trucking delivery dock, they loaded it onto my 16' trailer, lift was just a long, 2x2 width/ height. I have a hoist on the inside of my garage door and used it to lift each side and sit it on car tire dolleys to get it off trailer. I watched many videos before purchasing, so kinda had an idea of what to expect while putting it together. I don't think i used the instructions other than to check i received everything. All cables and hoses under ramp with actuator already came installed which was great. I used my motorcycle jack to lift ramps onto cross beams, just before setting cable ramp onto cross beam, i ran the cables through so pulleys weren't in the way of square holes where pulleys sit in. Pulled the actuator out with a come- along, and bolted cables into place, hooked up air and hydraulic hose to motor and tank, bought a16 gauge extension cord, spliced it to motor wires, filled it with hydraulic fluid, done... easy peasy. Works great, I hope the rating I gave stays a 5 star... we'll see

The lift arrived earlier than scheduled. No call from the shipper until it was here. That was an issue since I needed a forklift to unload the lift. It was damaged but just paint from bad forklift operators. The Lift went together well and works well. The product description is misleading with the 3.0 HP capacity. Came with a 1HP pump and no option to upgrade. Instructions are not good, and the startup process is not documented well. I had it together in a day with help from a buddy. Still needs wired, but I like it. Not built for american cars. Ford escape, F-150, Chevy van all need the ramp at the max wheelbase. Now the oil trays and jack trays will need modification.

Instructions might as well be written in Chinese. Its like putting together a puzzle with 50 extra pieces & no picture on the box. The jack tray & drip pans only work if you setup the lift in the narrowest configuration Too narrow to put a stock F150 on it. Setup to fit my cars or truck you cannot put the jack tray or drip pans. Customer service is slow to respond 24-48 hours. They will not call you back or answer phone. No specs. on how much fluid is needed, no drill bit size for anchor bolts, nor any torque specs. Lifting height is not clearance height, my plans were to store golf cart underneath my side by side but lift must be raised to the very top to get under then lower lift to 1st set of locks, then you cant move golfcart until you raise the lift back to the top, very dangerous. The aluminum ramps can also bind on the rod for the locks & cause locks to not engage. My neighbor & I put this together, Combined 100 years mechanic experience & it took us (5) 6 hour work days to setup completely. Way too much trial & error because of lack of decent instructions. YouTube videos are incomplete or done after construction. Hindsight being 20/20 I would have bought a different brand.
