I installed it by myself. took me around 8 hours of work. One panel was cracked, but the seller sent me a new one. The panels are flexible and easy to work with. I believe my panel was hit during transportation. Very hard to mess up these panels.

I got the one that is a combination Gazebo/Pergola. Unlike others I didn't have any issues with broken roof panels so seller may have fixed this issue. Overall pretty study and easy to assemble. Just go slow, look at the drawings carefully. I tightened screws in phases, first loosely fitting the framing around the pillars, tightening those pieces, then doing the roofing, to include the panels, then going back in for a final tightening on the roof. Having roof framing somewhat loose made panels slide in easy. Screws will strip super easy so go slow getting them threaded correctly, I was able to use a impact hex driver for the final tightening. This purchase has traumatized me and I will never purchase anything at this price point again on Amazon. Since July of 2023 I have been fighting to get a refund on this purchase. The gazebo arrived to my home severely damaged. It is made out of low quality aluminum, so several areas were damaged, dented, or bent. I immediately requested a refund and the seller told me they would ship me replacement parts but will not pay for the shipping to return the item. I didn’t want a replacement as I knew the quality wouldn’t survive the harsh climate I live in. I have filed 7, A to Z claims and Amazon keeps allowing the seller to cancel them by agreeing to accept a return but Amazon doesn’t realize they will not refund the shipping cost. I paid $1800, the initial shipping cost was $200 and apparently it came with no insurance. It will cost me $300+ dollars to return it. For reference it is shipped in 5, 6-8ft boxes all weighing 40+lbs. So if I return this item I will lose $500+ and still have no gazebo. It is beyond frustrating to know I have lost this amount of money over something that was not my error, I highly recommend you avoid this product but more importantly This horrible seller. *The damage and poor quality shown in the pictures are repeated on several parts. ... show more

I bought this product in June. We had to build a concrete patio to put the gazebo on. We finally did that in July. It took my husband and son 2 days to build it. Instructions was good and all the pairs came intact. Just love it. We sit here mornings and evenings. Now that the weather is getting cooler it's beautiful. I would have given this 4 1/2 stars, but could not figure out how to do that. It came quick. 2 very heavy boxes. So many parts! Assembly was a bit tricky but we were able to get it put together with only 2 people over 2 days (we took our time, working about 4 hours per day). My advice is to follow the first thing they tell you, which is "DO Not Tighten the Bolts Until the End." Ours came in with 1 roof panel in the wrong color. I had a replacement panel in my hands in a few days. They were quick to respond, polite, and very helpful. It's a very sturdy gazebo and looks beautiful in my yard. I recommend disregarding the one star review (like I did, they had me at the red roof :) and purchasing this if you are considering it. We are glad we did! ... show more

I would recommend that you have at least three people to assemble this. It took us at least 6 hours to assemble this. It is a beautiful gazebo. very good for the price.

Although a little late after the wedding I want to thank Mellon . Great customer service.
