This thing is a beast. We got pretty frustrated putting it together but things turned around when we started to use electrical tape on the roof panels and their clips! You’ll know when you get tot his step. Otherwise the instructions were pretty well done and it was well labeled. Shipping/delivery could use some improvement- only 2 of 3 boxes were delivered but customer service had no problem reaching the third box and it came about a week later. Several pieces were dented or warped from delivery since these boxes are big and heavy (and I’m sure one guy was expected to deliver instead of a team!) but they didn’t impact assembly and aren’t noticeable now that it’s up. ... show more

This Gazebo fit perfectly on my deck. It was a little challenging to assemble but very much worth it . it's very well built. The curtains are a nice addition. We love it!!

    • Assembly was the WORST!

This Gazebo is beautiful once you go through the pains of putting it together. It took us about 16 hours, with 3 people. The directions are useless, there is not words in the instructions just pictures that tell you basically nothing! you have to try to figure out most of it and hope and pray you got it right or you have to pull it apart and start over. It really should not be so hard. I had to ask verified buyers on Amazon how some of the pieces fit because you would swear on your life there is no way they slide in or are the correct size. At one point we tried to get Q and R in and it wouldn't work so we screwed them together and slid them in as one piece, it was so much easier. Also why they have you screw things on the roof once it's all set up is insane, we can't reach on the roof of this thing now....just a terrible ordeal to put together. But, now that it is done I love it!! ... show more

This gazebo is amazing. We were quite frustrated with the process of setting it up. The directions are all pictures and no words. It's very difficult, but once it's up, it's amazing. It took us (mainly my husband but I helped a little) about a day and a half non-stop (morning until night the first day) to complete it. We enjoy it so much now though. The company sent the wrong size mesh for the screen, which also didn't have enough of the hooks to hang the right sized one. The company made it right by crediting us money to buy our own hooks and sent us the right-sized mesh for the gazebo we ordered. If you are a patient and hard-working person, it's worth it in the end. ... show more

We ordered this pavilion for a new patio and when all is said and done, the pavilion looks great! It’s good size and great quality material. However, with that said, it was a NIGHTMARE to assemble; specifically the roof plates. A lot of pieces didn’t fit together and we had to use brute force to make them fit. Some of the screws are a bit too short to fit where they want us to put them so we actually had to go to the local hardware store to get more appropriately sized screws. In hindsight I would have easily paid someone to assemble this monstrosity. But we love it! Definitely worth the money. ... show more

Pros: fast shipping and everything was there and not damaged. The gazebo looks amazing and the instructions were okay. The instructions could have been more detailed but it worked. It also came with some curtains and netting which was nice. I have not opened these and do not know quality but it is heavy in packaging. Cons: I honestly felt the metal this gazebo was made of is wayy too thin. There's literally no weight to the 4 legs and I thought maybe once it's all set up it would be heavier and not move. After it was completed, the gazebo was still easily moved which could be a pro or a con. I like it bc you can easily move it but I hate it bc where I live, we have strong winds and when the wind picks up, this thing gets wobbly and starts shaking/moving a lot. I had to tie it down. I will be bolting it down to the ground soon. The roof panels were also difficult and each panel was 2 pieces. Made for some annoying setup and trial n error. Build time: We were able to complete the gazebo in 4 hours with 3 individuals by reading and following the instructions. ... show more
