I usually like to wait for some time to leave a review, but when I got this thing hung and beat it up a little bit, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the look, the size, the design, but mostly by the silence. I hung it in my basement, where the rest of my gym equipment is, but I was worried that the sound would travel to upper levels and maybe interrupt my wife, while she works. Well, I am glad my concerns were quelled. I also purchased the bag hanger and spring with it. The only sounds coming from this thing are from me breathing heavily and hitting the bag. It swings, silently. I love that. This thing is quality crafted, built perfectly, and quiet. If this changes, I will come back and update, but as for now, I am totally satisfied with this purchase. Oh yeah, the travel bag is an added plus. It was dusty and dirty, but the bag itself was in perfect condition.

The media could not be loaded. I hit this bag 1-2 times a day and have since September 2025 (currently March 2026). This product is fantastic, especially for the price. See the video attached (and don’t critique my form!) … but I beat the absolute **** out of this thing. For reference I am 6’1’’ and 198lbs. What a game changer. After our son was born I didn’t have the time I used to have to go to my Muai Thai gym. This bag has helped me maintain my sanity, work on my form, improve my cardio/vo2, all from the comfort of my garage. Get yourself a meister spring with your hanging setup, and you really can not go wrong. The bag today remains in essentially like new condition, there are no signs of visible wear and tear which is shocking given the absolute abuse I put it through. I rarely leave reviews and when I do, they’re typically 1 star reviews for bad products. This is an exception. A+ product

Recieved the 6 ft 110 lb banana bag in good order. Comes with a nice protective cover. It’s quality and seems better than the beat up outslayer ones at my Muay Thai gym. Great to be practicing my “autistic ” southpaw and switch kicks ( too right footed for my own dam good) in my garage and not just at my gym. I am happy with the quality. It’s a harder bag so put on some nice rub and get to kicking. Stay golden oh and don’t hesitate with this bag it’s really nice quality. I have no doubts it’s gonna last a long time. Materials are awesome. Great firmness as I mentioned before. Stay golden.

I order 3 of them for my Karate Studio becae Boxing coach requested them. OMG, they are amazing. The other from the karate and boxing was way expensive and that with my wholesale account plus the shipping was crazy expensive. THESE BAGS are woth the investment.

I’ve been kicking on this bag daily for a couple weeks. No issues so far and everything seems to be holding up well. This has to be one of the hardest bags and packed very well. I’m sure I can remove some stuffing to make it softer if needed.

Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2025 by I was a little disappointed to find out that the head of the ax was actually much smaller than it appears to be in the picture Also, keep in mind that after about the second time that you use this thing to simply cut firewood, they had is going to damn near come off so probably best to keep a metal wedge around to where you can permanently fix the problem. The head of the ax definitely needs to be bigger for such a large handle.

So thrilling to get a heavy bag for my garage! I got the 6-foot version to make sure I could practice foot sweeps etc. I measured the space I had beam-to-floor and it is 7.5 feet clearance. I thought surely that would be enough. It is an amazing bag but it turned out to be actually touching the floor! Do not purchase unless you have at least 8 feet clearance, my 7 1/2 didn't make it. Also, a word of warning, this seller refused to pay for return, even though I wanted to exchange it for their 5-foot version. I checked and it is about 200 dollars or more, according to UPS to send it back. Also Amazon turned a blind eye and refused to pay for return shipping, even after several "review" periods, wherein Amazon "investigated" my situation, but then denied my claim. Well, I'm hoping to buy a house in about a year and hopefully there will be someplace high enough to hang it on at that time. Meanwhile, it is not a functioning hanging bag since it is not hanging, and hitting it may cause me injuries because I am 64 and it doesn't "give" when I strike it. My Prime member's A-to-Z Coverage did nothing to help me in this situation.
