It arrived with some damage to top center of the box (it's VERY heavy), turned out one of the side panels had received some of that impact and was dented. I contacted the company, and they offered to replace the panel or refund a portion of the purchase fee. We elected to go with the discounted fee, pounded the dent to fairly difficult to notice, and assembled the table, which was really easy. Then the table was not lighting, it appeared to be a problem with the valve. I followed up with the company, and they responded immediately with several fairly simple steps to try and assured me the results of these step would help them know which part needed to be sent, if any. Honestly, I just went down the list and made every listed check and adjustment, and at the end, I tried lighting the table again. It ignited beautifully, and works just fine. The company was so helpful and easy to work with! The table was well-priced, and it fits in really well with the Waroom patio set I purchased to go with it. Extremely happy with the purchase, in spite of minor bumps getting started.

This is a purchased item not a promo received for our review. We purchased this to make evenings on the lanai more pleasant on cold days and nights and it doesn't disappoint. We've rarely had to turn it up to maximum. The overall construction of the frame and other parts is very good. Assembly was relatively quick and the instructions were easy to follow IF you pay close attention to the photos. We're happy with our purchase but rated it 4 stars for a few reasons. - There were not enough glass "stones" to cover the burner element. - Many of the glass stones have fractured from the heat so they're apparently not tempered. - There is a lot of black soot on the glass pieces near the burner.

Far nicer than I expected and easy to put together. The box is heavy because it’s all steal, glass wind blocks, and stone tile. Everything fit together well and the instructions although sparse were simple to follow. They supplied tools but your your own as these were sort of under sized bust still useful if you need it. Ours came with plenty of blue fire glass, they did not look like the pictures but were very nice. I had ordered more but I did not need them. The top lid fits a bit tight but should loosen a bit as it breaks in. Also the cover is kind of useless. Its really thin and has not straps or velcro to hold it on, so I put a brick on top until I get around to buying a better cover.

Great looking fire place and perfect for a porch and entertainment! Ability to utilize shelf for food and drinks nice. BUT igniter didn’t work! But company did send a new one which was easy to change and happy with the product overall
