These have been working well so far (~1 week). They look great and work as expected. We bought two sets for two 70-lb dogs. I was mostly interested in finding a decent water dispenser. Our dogs don't really free-eat dry food, but the set had a good price point for the pair so we went with it. We don't keep the dry food hopper too full. More so than anything the main reason we went with this style is cleanability! I swear...some of the companies designing and selling water dispensers have never owned pets. These things require cleaning, and they're selling products that can't be easily cleaned! We had a large jug-style water dispenser we kept outside, and while it was easy to clean in some ways, it was a pain in other ways. Top points on this one: 1. Large opening on the reservoir. I have fat meat hook hands. I wear XL gloves. I am able to get my hands inside to scrub the inner surfaces, which absolutely is necessary. Other products have small caps that require long bottle brushes. 2. No complicated water passages or unnecessary. Our jug-style feeder had all these confined spaces and plastic ribs to clean around. They're all just traps for grime and can be tough to get to. The reservoir cap has a simple plunger mechanism that opens widely and can be easily cleaned with a brush. No special crevices to brush into. 3. Stainless steel vs. plastic tray. While much of the dispenser is plastic, the food and water trays are removable stainless steel, which so much easier to clean. Plastic scratches up in time and just traps things. Also, the base trays are identical between the food and water. They are also quite sturdy. 4. Large hoppers/reservoirs. Again, we don't keep the food hopper too full, but the water volume is convenient. Can't stress enough how important it is to be able to clean inside these. Some reservoirs were just tall water bottles...good luck cleaning that! 5. Reservoir plunger. Mentioned it briefly above, but this is a nice-to-have. This prevents water from pouring out while you tip the reservoir upside to load it up. Coming from the larger jug-style, this saves some splashing. Some cons... 1. The reservoirs use a tinted plastic that makes it a little hard to see the water levels. 2. While the base is very sturdy, a full reservoir (particularly the water), may make it awkward for some to carry everything together because of both the unbalanced weight and lack of any grip (the notches in the side help a little, but the plastic may be a little too thin to be comfortable for some. Recommending that buyers put the base down first, then attach the water reservoir. The food reservoir has a removable lid so it's easier to put everything on the floor and just fill the hopper with a scoop or cup (the water reservoir's lid is not removeable, for a good reason). 3. The water and food openings are a bit small. Dogs are going to find a way to eat or drink, but maybe a little bigger would've been nice. Lastly, addressing some other reviews: 1. There's a reason the water reservoir's lid is sealed on, or doesn't have a hole in it. Doing so would defeat the working principle of a "water dispenser". It needs to be sealed at all times. Otherwise, it'll act like a bucket with a hole in it. 2. Yes, the reservoirs and lids are identical, differing only by the fact that one lid is sealed on, and the other is not. The food lid comes off pretty easily. When they are shipped, the water reservoir, with lid sealed on, is inserted into the food reservoir, with lid separate. When cleaning, it should be easy to tell which held water (it's wet) and which held dry food (it's dry, and with crumbs). I agree they should be marked a little different. I'll bet a buck the one review indicating it leaked was due to using the unsealed food reservoir. Buyers may need some sort of "order of operations" to ensure they use the correct reservoir for the correct purpose. It'll be a very wet experience if you get it wrong, but you'll learn it once. 3. These seem pretty fool-proof in terms of leaking. The cap is snug, and the dispensing plunger is simple and effective. The reservoir also needs to be installed correctly into the base in order for the plunger tip to press against the stainless steel pan (you put it in slightly clocked with the corners at the 1/4/7/10 positions, then twist it clockwise to the 2/5/8/11 positions; the lids have an "L" and "R" on them to face the 9 and 3 o'clock positions when locked). 4. The "it didn't last 10 minutes" review. It's not the product's fault that your dog is a psycho.

These feeders are super cute. They’re very lightweight. Let’s see how long they will last so far. They’re working good. They’re perfect size for my Siberian husky. I wish they would’ve been just a tad bigger, but this size is perfect for a big dog so far I like them I purchased these after my vet told me to remove plastic and I love that these have the stainless steel bowls in the inside. The water flow works perfectly fine. The food is fine also Food capacity is more than enough for a big dog and water capacity is also good enough for a big dog overall I would purchase again highly recommend. Do I think they’re a little expensive yes, I do.

So first things first these are very useful, holds a great amount of food and water. They are durable and made of a strong material with no funny or off putting smells. They were very simple to set up and good value for money. They are simple to clean and the base part separates from the metal inner bowl very easily for cleaning. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to purchase it. That being said I did take 1 star off because it wasn't as high as i thought it would be, ( my mistake on probably misreading the dimensions) so i had to make a platform to put these on so my dog wasn't stooping to the floor ( i have a big rotty). Also when I was cleaning the metal bowl part i somehow managed to slice my thumb and ended up with claret all over my kitchen counter. Apart from these issues tho I still would buy these again if/when I need to.

We ordered the pet auto feeder for our two dogs. One is a small breed (Chihuahua), and the other is a larger breed (Rhodesian Ridgeback). They have been eating and drinking from these new feeders since we first introduced them. The size of the feeders are compact and were very easy to use and set up. Since it was a two pack it was great value for money and we were not able to find another Item that was comparable. These are lightweight feeders but are not easily knocked over. These portion control is great and we have not had to assist our dogs in getting the food out. Once they eat more slides down. My favorite thing about this is the water capacity. Our dogs love water on hot summer days. This is easy to refill and it does not leak.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s huge it’s sturdy. It’s great quality. The water stays fresh as long as the dog doesn’t backwash it with his or her food. lol it’s a good value for the money. It’s easy to put together. It snaps right on the design is really cute. It functions great. I use the food feeder upstairs for my cats.

Dry food feeder is great, the water modulator broke 45 days in. Stuck with it bc return window has closed. The spring and the little plastic peace that modulates water pouring out could be sturdier. My dog knocked over the water bucket when it emptied and it fell out. I need a feeder that might be a bit harder to detach, like one that clicks in or screws on.
