This compressor is very compact and feels robustly made. I keep this in my car to top off my tires every so often. I've had it in my car for about 4 months now and used it about half a dozen times. It's very easy to use. Plug into the car electric socket, attach the hose to the tire, dial in the PSI and go. The pump automatically shuts off once the pressure is met. The lcd readout is bright and clear. Once done the cables retract into the pump for easy storage. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • Surprisingly fast pump for its size
This is a surprisingly fast pumping pump for its size. It runs off 12v DC from your car sockets. The cord is about 10 ft and long, enough to reach all my car tires by going through open windows from the center of my dash. It has a nice feature where it has some preset pressures for cars, bicycles, motorcycles and sports balls. You can adjust the pressure manually as well. The pump will automatically shut off once it reaches the set pressure. What I'm finding it that it is 1-2 psi off when the pump stops at the preset setting, I take off the pump and test with a pressure gauge. But it is nice you don't have to sit there and watch it then turn it off. I do recommend this pump for its ease of use and compact size. ... show more

I had frankly never used a compressor like this before, so I had a bit of a learning curve to climb, but not too bad for a complete newbie. I brought it on an RV trip to use for maintaining bicycle tires. It's small, it's lightweight (we even took it with us for one ride), and it got the job done. As others have noted, the power cord is short, but in an RV this did not pose a problem. I can't say how it would do on a bigger tire, but for smaller jobs like the bikes, it was great! ... show more

    • Gets the job done!
I've used this a handful of times for my car (4-door mid-sized sedan) and haven't had any issues with it. The auto-retracting power cord is very appreciated; it is short, but long enough for my car. The last pump I had which died had a much longer cord, but it had to be manually wrapped up which was always a pain. The pump's pressure gauge has matched my analog gauge, which does give confidence. I also like the storage bag that comes with it. There is one major difference from other pumps like it that I've used in the past which caught me off guard the first time I used it. When you set the target PSI, the pump seems to fill to the top of that level rather than cutting off immediately when it gets to that level. I thought that functionality wasn't working correctly the first time I used it because it kept on running when it hit the target PSI. I have tried to wait till I needed to use this in order to give this an all inclusive enough review within a timely manner but so far my tires have been just fine and has not needed me to use this. However, I really like the idea of having this available at all times just in case I am on the road and need it as a temporary fix or when the car's tire light comes on. Also I like how small enough it is for me to keep it in the trunk of my car without taking up a lot of room and the fact I am this little elderly lady who can do it myself when no one else is around. It also helps me feel secure when I am driving, especially on long trips. Since I cannot give it the "in action" type report I have no complaints and therefore I give it a fair rating. ... show more

I wasn't impressed with the compact size of this pump when I received it and therefore I had low expectations for it. Don't let the size fool you, this pump does the job as described. Every car should have this in the trunk in case of emergency. The pump is very capable, I pumped the tires of my car to the proper pressure easily but a little slowly. I haven't had to pump a fully flat tire to see how long it would take. I like the digital pressure reading and the attachments for pumping balls as well as tires. The retractable cord is a plus. The power cord can be a little longer for longer cars. ... show more
