Description

Meguiar's Ultimate Polish is a pre-waxing glaze that eliminates fine swirl marks to produce deep, wet reflections with high gloss. Ultimate Polish also adds depth of colour, especially on dark-coloured cars, & leaves the paint finish incredibly clear & glossy with mirror-like reflections. Whether working by hand with the Meguiar's X3080EU Even Coat Applicator or with our Meguiar's MT320 Dual Action Polisher, Ultimate Polish is the perfect last step prior to waxing your car. For the very best results, 1. Use Meguiar's G1016EU Smooth Surface Clay Kit before you use the compound to remove above surface contaminants like tree sap, fallout, road film & tar. 2. Then use the Meguiar's G17216EU Ultimate Compound to remove the below surface defects. Multiple applications may be required for some defects. Do not let the product dry. 3. Then, use Meguiar's G19216EU Ultimate Polish to help create the ultimate in high gloss, especially for dark coloured cars. 4. Then protect and add a brilliant shine to your paint’s surface using our Meguiar's G18216EU Ultimate Liquid Wax 16oz. Bottle / 473ml Bottle

I see the recommendations from the professionals were true, this is an affordable, easy to use product well suited for the weekend amateur detailer like me. I have to work outside under a canopy tent in the Miami weather so I start getting some dusting after a while so remember to brush your pads frequently and keep the pad a bit moist. I'm these pictures I'm showing the sections of the car I've worked on so far: the roof and the front end sides and hood. I decontaminated the paint with Chemical Guys Clean Slate wash, then the Wave Bloom clay bars and lubricant (super cheap and very, very good), then I used ScratchX to remove small to medium scratches, the Ultimate Compound to remove swirls and rectify defects and scratches and the Ultimate Polish to bring the shine on. The final step is to protect the paint with the 303 Graphene Nano Spray. All bought here at Amazon for price and convenience. I'd say 90% as the swirls and scratches are gone. The Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and Polish are forgiving products well suited for the weekend warrior... Not showroom perfect but I'm not aiming for that on my daily driver car. I just want to make it better and protect it from the sun. I'm fact, since I am now working from home, I also got me a car cover to keep it protected since I usually just drive the car in the weekend. Highly recommended products. ... show more

    • McGuire’s does it again!
Size: 15.99 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Had some swirling in the paint when I bought my van from the dealership. I’ve always been a loyal fan of McGuires since I got my first car and had some higher cut wax in the garage but decided to give this polish a try before I went too aggressive. This stuff is amazing and so easy to use! I used this polish first and then followed it with the McGuires Gold Class Carnauba Wax and the swirls are gone and my swagger wagon is shining! I have a navy van and it deepened the color which I love! ... show more

    • Does a great job giving back that shine
Size: 15.99 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
It does the job, you just need something to give it that shine back after you used some compound this will do the trick. The hazel look on the car will go away with this. Very easy to apply and remove. Some compound and this and all those micro-scratches will be gone.

    • Highly recommend
Size: 15.99 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I own 6 cars (I know - too many) that all sit outside. I have tried many products that either take too much or not enough. This (as many of this company's products) is just right. Suggest taking the time to follow the instructions as provided but make sure to get that protective polish on after a session with this. Also use several microfiber cloths... one for initial removal, another for final removal - for a larger car, I use about 6 cloths by the time the entire car is finished. ... show more
