I'm waiting for the rain, but so far, the dirt and dust and pollen aren't sticking to my car after applying this product. I applied too much at first and spent a lot of time waxing off until the blue globs disappeared. Then I learned to shake product often and use much less and spread in a very thin coat. Then, waxing off was very easy. My car feels smooth and is shinier than ever. Minor scratches in the paint disappeared completely after using this product. Really like the Chemical Guys stuff. Keeps my vehicles looking good and protection is adequate. Only complaint is, this particular bottle was too thick even after shaking it up. Was just a little difficult to apply, but did buff out beautifully. My neighbor has the same product and his was not so thick and easier to apply. Guessing this was not the usual consistency. Great product and very easy to use if you don’t use to much at once or do to large an area. I have 4 coats on my Prado, used the clean slate wash, clay bar, polish was done couple months ago for a standard wax, and then the ceramic wax. When I redo it I will be wet sanding to get rid of the remaining paint blemishes the polish didn’t correct, this wax really brings out the paint and everything underneath. You will want to have it prepped perfectly, but even with perfections my 26 year old car looks better than my wife’s 4 year old Mazda. ... show more

I had an unconventional use for it. I applied it to my swimming pool glass tiles to prevent calcium hardness ring. While it wasn’t perfect, I think using it was better than doing nothing. I applied it 2 times a year.

I love Chemical Guys products. Every other CG product I’ve used - I really liked. This one is a HUGE exceptions. It is an absurdly bad product. Other reviewers have likened it to Jello. I disagree. Jello would be easier to use. It does have the look and consistency of Blueberry Jello. That is true. It also applies easily. That is the only good thing I can say. It goes on easily. Then it is unbelievably difficult to buff out. It normally takes me about an hour to wash and wax my car. I washed my car and dried it. Then applied this product. An hour later I was still trying to buff it out. Then I noticed it leaves these tiny “gummy” blue blobs of residue everywhere after buffing. Then it hazed over again so I buffed it again. Then it hazed over again. I buffed again. This happened 3 times. Buff, haze, buff again, haze again … get the picture. A day later it hazed hazed again. I had to clay bar that stuff off after that. Then I used two coats of CG JetSeal followed a day later with a coat of CG Butter Wax to give it a really deep shine. I wasted money and a LOT of time spreading this Jello on my car then fixing the mistake. Don’t duplicate my mistake. Purchase ANY OTHER Chemical Guys product and you will love it.
