Let me start by saying I have very oddly-shaped ears and fitting earbuds is incredibly difficult. Any of my comments on fit will almost certainly not apply to you; don't let them influence your purchasing decision. I really wanted to keep these earbuds. For one thing the fact that they included gigantic-size ear fins in the package was a plus. Sound quality was good and I really liked their innovative case that has breathable fabric on top/ I never did understand why companies want you to sweat all over your earbuds and then put them inside a sealed case, locking in all that moisture along with the electronics. That's not to mention by their fundamental nature any kind of headphones have to allow air - and thus moisture - to circulate into their innards. Sadly I couldn't get these to fit me quite right; the smaller physical size meant they didn't stay put in my extremely large ears. The media could not be loaded. Pros: I love the sound of those earbuds and the look. First opened the case and it connected to my phone really quickly. Great fit, really high hopes. Cons: Design, the lid is very dumb. It's held on my magnets and not strong ones. Basically if you open the case to hard or even try to move the entire case with just the lid, it pops off. Connectivity: Over time it started to connect slower and slower even after I rest the buds and my phone. And a lot of the time when the buds are placed back in the case(closed) , they still randomly connect to my phone. Also even if your earbuds are fully charged but the case is dead. The buds won't work. You have to connect the case to a charger while the buds are in the case. Once you do, it will turn the earbuds on when you take it out. I guess without energy from the case, the buds(fully charged) can't tell its being removed from the case to turn on. I asked for a replacement and got one quickly so I was happy. Until I opened the case and only one Earbud worked. The picture shows how only one light is on and the other is off, yeah that's because that one is dead and won't charge. Sending back.
