To unlock the MegaWise Vacuum Sealer Machine, press both sides of the lid or the release buttons until you hear a click, indicating that the lid has been released, and then gently lift the top lid. To lock the machine, press down on the lid until you hear a click or feel it securely locked into place. To cut the bags, simply pull out the desired length of the bag and lay it flat under the cutter. Ensure proper alignment for a clean cut. To vacuum and seal moist or wet products, remove any visible water and make sure the upper part of the bag is dry, especially where the heating element and silicone strip will clamp. If your Megawise vacuum sealer machine isn't vacuuming or sealing well, remove the sealing foam gasket, flip it, and place it back. Make sure it lies flat without any uneven sides or holes. Flipping the foam gasket helps restore the sealing efficiency.
