I literally got on Amazon to find a handheld immersion blender, and this seemed to have good reviews. I’ve used it a few times and it blended really well carrots, butternut squash, tomatoes, garlic, shallots, after they had baked in the oven. It takes a little time to get it all in there and work it through several times, but overall it does blend really nicely and I didn’t have any chunks or pieces that the blender could not eventually get. It does take a while to do immersion blending, but I’m really happy with this product. Connect super easy to the handpiece and so easy to clean. I’m probably really ready to replace my regular blender with for what I need it for.

I successfully whipped eggs for nice macarons with this unit. It handles liquids well. I would be careful with thick consistency. It struggled with blending cat food, but customer service was great and resolved my issue.

The product had a good solid feel, and plenty of power as advertised. Nevertheless, I only used it occasionally, and then primarily used it to whisk pancake batter-- not exactly heavy duty. Maybe 3-4 times per month. It suddenly died after seven months. Can't say I'd recommend. Update: The Company has reached out to me, and has provided a replacement. I look forward to finding out if the previous one was just a fluke that broke; they typically feel well built. I have updated the rating to 4 stars for the moment; if the replacement dies, I will revisit my review. Otherwise-- I can say that the product seems to be backed by decent customer service.

I enjoyed using the blender and was disappointed when it stopped working. I contacted customer service, and after providing info about the blender, etc. it was replaced under their warranty. Great customer service.

The media could not be loaded. Update: first, the company emailed me claiming they took my feedback seriously and made a more structurally sound replacement that they would like to send my way. Immediately upon receiving it I became inundated with repeated emails asking me to delete or update my review. I advised I would be waiting to see if this was actually better, as it looked exactly the same. And lo and behold, it fell apart AGAIN in exactly the same way within a month of receipt, in the middle of being used. Still DO NOT recommend. I wasn’t going to update my review as it felt that my review was still honest, but I do want to put out there: please don’t accept a replacement from these people. Despite months passing and continued attempts advising that future communication will be deemed harassment, they keep emailing asking me to delete my review. Even after blocking the first they put another employee on me who I just had to block as well for emailing me at 10pm after advising that he is harassing me. It’s outrageous. The whisk attachment literally fell to pieces while mixing liquid, and the immersion blender attachment is difficult to screw on/off as the metal and plastic pieces that lock onto the main piece are not attached (so they just spin and can’t actually be attached, I’d say this is dangerous when working with hot liquids like soup). It also retains water between the pieces and drains it into whatever you’re making. The milk frother still works but that would be the most expensive bulky milk frother ever.

not very powerful but for the money I guess it’s OK. It’s just made pretty cheaply with plastic parts. Should’ve bought the good one and spent twice as much money.
