I was a little skeptical due to a few negative reviews but based on my personal experience, this scooter is great! It is reliable and can last multiple laps around my neighborhood. The brakes are excellent and provide immediate stop and the light features are perfect for safety. It does indeed take a few hours to charge but it is worth it due to the large battery life. The assemble was easy and simple enough to be completed by myself! In comparison to my friends other scooters, this one is the second best after the phantom. But this one is definitely much more cheaper. My tire was flat which caused the speed to slow down but once my dad filled it up, it went at a faster speed. I totally noticed the difference. If you want a decent scooter but don’t want to spend $400 speed but still want a quality scooter, the mega wheels e-scooter is perfect for you! TOTALLY RECOMMEND

The first thing that really stood out to me was the build quality. The scooter feels extremely sturdy and well-built, which was one of my biggest concerns going into this purchase. I didn’t want something that would feel flimsy or unsafe, and this scooter is the complete opposite. The frame is solid, and everything from the handlebars to the wheels feels like it’s built to last. Even when riding over rough patches on the sidewalk, I’ve felt completely stable and in control. Pricing was another factor I was keeping a close eye on, and I’m happy to say the scooter delivers great value for its price. There are plenty of more expensive models out there, but this one strikes the perfect balance between affordability and quality. For what you’re paying, you’re getting a well-constructed scooter that’s packed with practical features. As someone who didn’t want to splurge on my first scooter, I think the pricing is more than reasonable for what it offers. Had scooter for less than 2 weeks & motor stopped working . The Customer Service was horrible . I have never been treated that way after spending money with a company ever in my life . They don’t care for the customers. They don’t care about conversations any other representative had with you or what they told you . They don’t honor what they say & they’re overly disrespectful over the phone .

My 12 yo loves this scooter. It’s a solid scooter with actual tires so the rides is smooth and it stops on a dime. My son cruises around the neighborhood mostly, but when we visit family it goes with us and he and his cousins have a little scooter gang around the farm! It’s a sturdy, slightly heavy due to the quality and completely usable for adults and kids.

Very impressive for the price! Took it for a test ride and it works as advertised. The performance really surprised me. Uphill performance is solid with speeds reaching up to 18 miles an hour. The suspension is nice. Although you will still feel bumps, they definitely help. Brakes are also very sensitive and responsive. Assembling this scooter is a piece of cake and instructions are nicely written on the box so that by the time you lift the scooter out of the box, all you really need to do is screw in the kickstand and you're pretty much good to go. You will def need to install the app to change the settings on the scooter so keep that in mind, but it is very easy to use and navigate. Scooter comes with a night light thats pretty bright, navigation lights, and a bike bell thats cute, but serves no purpose really. All in all, im very happy with it. Id recommend it. Edit*** After a few days of use I have noticed that the uphill performance is not too good which is to be expected with a batter of this capacity. If you're on a steep incline, it wont push more than 5mph.

This electric scooter has exceeded my expectations in every way. The 500W motor gives it plenty of power for daily commuting, and it accelerates smoothly without feeling jerky. I’m impressed with the 31-mile range—I can get through multiple errands and short trips without worrying about charging every day. The 10-inch tubeless tires make a huge difference in ride comfort. They handle bumps and uneven roads much better than the smaller wheels on my previous scooter. I really love this scooter. It works amazing and does the job well. I only have one complaint 😭 my thumb is hurting from the throttle. I have to hyper extend my thumb to get full speed. If it’s shiftable I need to find out how, if not please consider that in later models.
