've been taking MegaFood Magnesium 300 (Glycinate, Citrate, and Malate) for about a year, and it has earned a permanent place in my nightly routine. The biggest difference I've noticed is my sleep. I did a lot of research before buying my MG. This product is more natural than others and works great. Value is good. Giving it 4 stars vs. 5 because sometimes the capsules are not 100% full, but the efficacy is not less
