Holes didn't line up perfectly with my mounting plate, but a minor mod made it fit perfectly. Works well, handle is easy to swap from high to low speed. The handle is a bit longer than my old winch, and the boat gets too close to the winch in high speed, so I switch to low speed for the last 12".

It works well. Feels sturdy. I’m happy with it but the handle has a spring loaded clip that keeps it on. It is really loose and wobbly. If you are looking for one that you can take the crank off easily this is for you.

They say you get what you pay for. And this is the truth. Horrible, it broke after the second use. I only hope the other end will hold up till I can get a replacement. I shouod give it one star 🌟, but they did ship it on time, but the product is not worth buying, it's cheap quality.

So far not very impressed with this winch. The crank handle is flimsy at best. The item description says it is a 2 speed but the pictures say it’s a single speed after getting this winch and looking it over it is very clear it’s a single speed. I haven’t used it yet but first impression not good. I will probably keep it anyway and just weld the handle on but Amazon needs to fix the item description so people don’t expect something and get something else ... show more
