I bought this and a set of extra blocks for my grandsons 1st birthday. His parents gave this to him on his birthday, and the extra blocks at the party a couple days later. They said he already loved to stack things on top of other things so putting the blocks together was great fun for him. He even learned how to open the storage bin to get out the blocks. When I came for the party the table was set up in the living room and my grandson would gravitate to it and grab the blocks. Sometimes stacking, sometimes sticking in his mouth. No chocking hazard, just the right size for a 1 year old. When he opened the package with the blocks you could tell he recognized what they were and tried to open the bag they were in. He really enjoys his blocks. The only problem was the table legs. His parents had tried to open the legs correctly, but they hadn't locked in place. I tried and it took significant pressure to cause the legs to lock. They unlocked without any trouble, but to lock required a forceful push downward before you heard the click. That is why I gave a 4 star for easy to assemble. I am very glad I purchased this. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a fun educational toy. ... show more
