I used this lock for almost two years and I would gladly give it a good review for the convenience. Even if I am not home, I can let my guests in with the code. The only problem I experienced is that the battery dies quick. I have to change every 2 to 3 weeks, keeping in mind this was for my front door and used frequently. I was using rechargeable batteries for it. You need a screw driver for changing batteries. The finger print sensor works most of the time. Initially, when I purchased this, I was ready to send it back. My husband and I must have gone over the instructions dozen times trying to figure out how to program this door knob. We were unsuccessful with the directions that came with the packaging for setup. They may consider rewriting. We found a YouTube video, and what do you know, got it working and love this thing. The battery dies way too quick. I have to change every 2 or 3 months and this is not a daily used door. the finger print sensor is not the best. Any slight moisture or dirt throws it off.
