Wash day on my CCCA alopecia scalp. The shampoo was gentle, non drying. Condition and hair mask left my curls soft. With no styling products applied my hair still feels mostiuzer. So far my scalp and hair like the products. Let’s see what the dermatologist says.

I just started using this and all i can say is my hair has been the cleanest it has been. The smell is pretty good and the cooling part actually works. My hair is very hydrated and soft.

I bought this loving Medicine brand and how my skin reacts to it, so I thought my hair would love it also. The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful, keeping my hair frizz free, healthy feeling and looking. The serum is nice to apply and feels refreshing in the scalp, we will see how that turns out after a few months. My issue is the hair mask and why this is a 3 star review. It works alright (didn't do better or worse than my normal hair masks), but the scent was overwhelming and smelled like an old musk perfume, a complete departure from the lovely scents of the rest of the set. My eyes itched from the odor and I hoped it'd tone down once rinsed out well, that was not the case. The day after I had to rewash my hair because the musk scent was all I could smell making me nauseated.

Medicube is the best. I felt like a rock star opening this box, my kids thought I won an award or something. I’ve tried the rosemary PDRN shampoo and conditioner before and they left my hair a little stringy on their own , but I think you really need the mask to use it as a complete system. When I concentrate the shampoo and conditioner at the roots and then follow with the mask, my hair is just instantly happy. Tangles literally fall out, my ends feel like butter, I can easily get a comb through my wavy/curly thick hair which is a feat. My hair has a mind of its own and can be anything from 2a-3a depending on the day and the products I use, and probably the tides and positions of the planets lol, who knows. Curly girls iykyk. Anyway. On days I’m going to do a blowout this set literally makes my hair look like thick glass! It’s pretty incredible actually. Although I need to use more of the mask than I expected. On days I want to air dry those waves though, which is most days, I would pick something else. My hair ends up smooth, soft and moisturized when it’s dry but just kind of shapeless, and then actually got dry and frizzy as the day went on. If I take the time to dry and diffuse it, it’s better, just not my typical routine. The fragrance of the mask is definitely interesting! I can’t quite pin it down. It has a musky sort of salon scent. I do really like it! And it’s not overpowering at all. For the money, especially on sale, you get a lot of value here. If you have fine straight hair it’s maybe a better fit for you than me. I think Medicube really stands up to quite a few luxury brands in terms of overall quality and results. I’ve tried masks that cost almost as much as this entire set and they weren’t as instantly hydrating as this one! It really just depends on your hair texture if it will work for you. My box was missing the comb, which isn’t a huge deal, although it would be a little embarrassing if it showed up that way as a gift. **update - I think the shampoo and conditioner are just not a fit for my hair. But the mask! The mask is gold. I used it alone as a co-wash, towel dried, and then slept in a french braid on my silk pillowcase. Woke up to the most heavenly curls i’ve seen in a long time!
