I work full-time in a warehouse in Ohio, and most of my day is spent lifting boxes, loading pallets, and standing on concrete floors for 10+ hours. Over time, my lower back started bothering me — nothing major, but enough to slow me down and make long shifts miserable. I finally decided to try a back brace, and I’m glad I picked this one. This brace provides solid lumbar support without being stiff or uncomfortable. The memory support stays give just the right amount of structure to help with posture, especially when I'm lifting or bending a lot. I noticed a difference in my back pain within the first few days of using it. What really surprised me is how well it stays in place. I’ve used belts before that constantly slide around or loosen up as the day goes on, but the Velcro on this one is super strong, and the extra tension straps help keep it tight. The shoulder straps are a great feature too — they take some of the weight off and keep the brace from riding down. Even during busy, fast-paced shifts, it doesn’t feel bulky or restrictive. The breathable material keeps me from overheating, and I can move freely without the brace getting in the way. Honestly, I forget I’m wearing it sometimes. Works well, Velcro is good. I gave 4 stars because the straps are short and the belt raises up from where it should be as you wear it and move around. I am only 5'7" and I had the straps adjusted to maximum length.

It arrived fast, very good quality and adjustable straps. He put it on right away and felt good with it. He gives it a 10/10. He looked at me weird when he saw the size... lol i ordered him a XXL.
