I bought a $1000 mirror fireplace and after unpacking noticed the top of the mirror had had a good size cracked. I have been emailing them for over a month with no reply. Do not buy from these guys.

Fireplace is beautiful!! I put it in my bedroom. Makes a perfect glam statement!! The insert is ok. The colors of the fire and logs are a little strange, but I just leave it on one color. Smells a little when first running, but I’m sure that will wear off. I would definitely recommend it.

I am not satisfied. The fireplace did not come as pictured. It is a total different color. It is not gold but more so brown. The remote was not included. The fire place makes such a loud noise when you turn it on. It’s to expensive for such noise. Overall, not a satisfied customer and looking to return. ... show more
