Awesome slicer! It makes cutting meat so much easier and faster than doing it by hand. The adjustable thickness is super handy . I can slice it really thin for hotpot or make it a little thicker for sandwiches. Cleaning it is also pretty simple, which I really appreciate because I use it often. Overall, it’s a solid machine for the price and has made meal prep a lot more convenient for me.

The good: this machine works adequately to produce sliced ham, salami, etc. in a range of thicknesses. The not-so-good: Don't expect a deli-quality slicer, because the construction features are mediocre, though it should be fine for occasional use. Curiously, there is no tray or pan to receive the cut slices. They just fall onto the counter beside the machine. How hard would it have been to design in such a feature? A final complaint: Chinese companies have been exporting products to the U.S. for decades, and yet seem unable to write manuals in normal, grammatically correct English. Annoying.

Sliced a Roast for making jerky, as with previous owned slicers this side, there is a lag at the bottom if you don’t concentrate the stroke through, but easy to finish the cut. Slicing tomatoes and onions for a bbq is a dream. Nice machine for the price range. Suction cups work well to hold it in place.
