Incredibly simple to use, our slicer’s intuitive controls allow you to adjust the thickness of your slices easily. The sliding carriage is gravity fed with the food tray angled toward the blade, allowing you to make precise cuts without manually feeding or pushing your roasts, hams, and pork bellies. Plus, the food holder and hand guard offers added protection. This slicer can slice as thin as 1mm or as thick as 15mm (.5") and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra- thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 432 RPM for quick and easy slicing. A 30 minute run time gives plenty of time to complete the job in one session. An additional sharpening stone and drive belt are included. A cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the blade.
