Purchased to help with my KETO diet. Cooking as much as I do now and trying to eliminate as much processed foods and hidden carbs has caused me to begin shredding my own cheeses. That can be very tiresome when using the old fashioned grater. This product, however, makes shredding a block of cheese a breeze! Easy to assemble and operate and cleans well in dishwasher! The only issue for me is the cheese, when coming through the grater, can spill easily as it does not all go into the bowl. I found it easiest to have it go directly into a zippered baggie. I found a quart size can easily attach around the outside of the cone before it spills out of the shredder. Have not tried it with veggies yet but, I feel certain it will slice and grate as well as it shreds!

This electric cheese grater is a great addition to my kitchen! It makes shredding cheese, slicing veggies, and prepping salads so much faster and easier. The one-touch control is super convenient, and I love the variety of attachments it comes with. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can be a little tricky to clean, especially around the blades. But overall, it’s a solid, time-saving gadget that I’m glad I picked up!

I had surgery right before I ordered this. I'm very impressed. I grated two wedges of parmesan cheese in less than a minute. Doing it by hand took forever. I've also used it for cheddar and it's super easy. It's very simple to operate, one finger to turn it on and the other hand to feed the cheese through. I would recommend it.

So, basically, it works only for carrot. you cannot cut any softer veggie. Carrot, maybe potato. So, if you want to make a veggie salat or soup, you can cut here only carrot, all other veggies you will still have to cut with a knife

I love that it has 5 different attachments to use based on what I am grating or slicing. I used to spend a lot of time manually grating cheese when I would make my onion casserole. Now with the Homdox grater it only takes minutes and clean-up takes less time. I just have to remove the attachment and put it in the dish washer. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to save time and looking for consistency in slicing vegatables..
