This is my second one of these mirrors (I got a new bike) and I like it better than the Hafney or the RBRL that I had. It has only two hex screws to mess with. One tightens the mirror in the end of your handlebar and the second one tightens (or loosens) the mirror for adjustment. Once tightened, the mirror stays in place, unless you tip over or run into something. Where I live, the roads and sidewalks are horrible so bikes and mirrors take quite a beating.
