Good full featured chair at a fair price
Size: Medium
Color: Beige
Full featured lift chair with quality fabric and easy to operate controls. Great features include heat and massage. Fairly easy to assemble but suggest two people to easy some of the steps. MCombo has a number of different size seats so make sure to take measurements of the person to use the chair and map with the various options to ensure a good and safe fit.

The chair boxes all arrived at the same time.
Size: Medium
Color: Navy Blue
I liked that the seller was prompt with answers to my questions. The chair was smaller than my last recliner which after sitting in it all weekend is a good thing. It fit me better than I expected and way better than my old chair. All the parts ran very smoothly. The adjustable headrest is wonderful when you need to lay flat and watch tv. I love the heating feature on the butt and hips. Most chairs only have one place for heat. The massage features are all over from back to ankles. They vibrate and it tickles near my lower legs, but is still good. I love that I can keep the back straight while legs go up. Downside, the chair was a very dark blue, not a bright blue like in the picture. I wish the side pickets where higher on the sides. The only real complaint so far is the left arm is not padded properly. I can feel a where the top padding stops and the underneath padding continues, about a fourth of the way up from the end of the arm. I am afraid I may have to send the one side back because I foresee where the arm will have a large indent that will show in a few months. I would send a pic but it won't show up in the picture. I can feel it where my hand rests and it is very irritating. I'm hoping the seller will work with me on this. I will update more as I will be using it a lot more after surgery. But for now the recliner has all the bells and whistles. I really love this chair so far.

Awesome chair, well worth the money
Size: Medium
Color: Navy Blue
We have had this chair for nine months now. We bought it because my wife needed to have both of her knees replaced and we knew this would be helpful. Happy to say the chair has been amazing. It gets used daily and she just had the second knee replaced a week ago and it is still working perfectly. And the material is excellent, the chair still looks like the day we bought it. And she says the chair is very comfortable, it allows her to sit and watch TV or whatever in comfort instead of being stuck in bed, and for that I am very thankful. And to top it off, a local business wanted alot more money for a smaller chair that had less functionality.

No safety mechanism in power outages!
Size: Medium
Color: Coffee
This chair would be 5 stars EXCEPT there is no safety mechanism to lower chair in the event of power outages! Huge issue given these chairs are largely for seniors often home alone. Very disappointed! Comfortable sturdy chair otherwise

Best lift chair
Size: Medium
Color: Navy Blue
This is a very nice chair. Its slightly smaller size fits my husband better. It is firmer than our previous chair but this is all to the good. There is much more support. My husband really likes the adjustable head rest and the extra-length foot rest. It looks better than the old one in our living room. I’m thanking the manufacturer for a well thought out chair.

Did not recline!
Size: Medium
Color: Grey
Do not buy. Product arrived defective. Wobbly and back does not recline. If you call the phone number for trouble shooting they tell you that they cannot do anything and you need to contact trouble shooting via email. I did. I sent a video. They say they cannot see the video. That was 2 days ago. I received a request to share (well I think it was, because it was written in Chinese or in characters I cannot read!). But nothing happened. So they let you sit with a defective product and no support. Be aware when you order, the 3 packages are delivered outside to your door. "Rufus" mentioned that it could be brought into a room of choice. This is not true. Well, I was hoping it would work out. But it looks like a scam. You can see on the video that I press the button for reclining and nothing happens. So I have a recliner whose back does not recline! I am finishing the review now, a couple of weeks after I received the defective one. Eventually the company sent me a new base to replace the defective one. This is what makes the recliner "work." Needless to say, it was not easy to undo the recliner, move the defective one back into the box, then replace it with the new one. Be aware that this base is close to 100LB. When I asked how I would return the defective part I was told that I had to dispose of it myself. So right now I need to find a truck to bring the thing to the dump and pay for dumping it. So, to conclude, the recliner is not bad now that it works. The massage is just vibration and not really a massage. The recliner fits me, which was the reason I chose it. BUT, I thought I was saving money and I am not. I should have bought one at a store, even for a few buck more. It would have been delivered, installed, and I would not have had all the hassles of hiring people to help me move it, and then discard the defective parts. If you are lucky and everything work and you have help, it may be an option. But for me it was a loss. Lesson learned. Dont buy "big" furniture on Amazon.
