I’m so pleased with this chair. It doesn’t take up a lot of space but is comfy, looks very nice, reclines and comes up as one moves vs with knobs plus the price is great too. Many compliments from friends who want one too.

Well made and worth the price paid. The twist locking mechanism doesn't hold it's setting which cause a slow release of the back. We'll see how and if that improves with time.

Although the box arrived damaged and retaped a few times, the product was in perfect shape and assembled easily enough. I find it very comfortable, fulfilling all of my needs and expectations. I will probably order another one, if I can work through the delivery system.

I give these a 3 for comfort., The outer material doesn't wear well and starts to disintegrate on the front of the armrests and top of the headrest... so 3 is the best I can score them. There are no pets or kids in our home, so the abuse factor is nil. I like the chairs, but will soon need to decide how to cover up the worn areas or replace the chairs. ... show more

I bought the Saddle color and it is very attractive (appears a wee bit darker than in the photos). All elements of the chair were parkaged very carefully, with ample cushioned wrapping over the wood base to protect it from scratches. Very high quality wood base finish. The swivel works very well, without any grinding or other issues mentioned by other purchasers. The chair rotates perfactly, with subtle resistance so that it does not whip around like a ball-bearing bar stool. As mentioned by others, the single sheet pictogram instruction is poor. I recommend using an electric drill with a metric hex bit (ideally, a long bit so it reaches the two hard-to-reach screws attaching the lower arm assembly to the chair). The vinyl fake leather material is very attractive, and great care was obviously taken at the factory to attach it tightly to the frame. I have not experienced any puckering or loss of cushioning in the armrests, suggesting that earlier units might have been working out the bugs. I bought my unit in Feb 2024 and I experienced none of the quality issues mentioned by some earlier purchasers. The chair was delivered in two boxes and the contents were very effectively protected from damage by a ton of cushioning materials. I did not set a world-record in speedly assembly, but had I used a long hex bit in a drill/driver (I have since ordered a set) I would probably have assembled the chair more rapidly. The included manual hex tool slowed things down, particularly when reaching and tightening the hidden lower screws holding the arms to the main body. I am taking out a star only because of this minor assembly mistake that seems to be annoying a lot of buyers. The labels on the armrests are incorrect. Install the armrest labeled R (right) on the LEFT arm and the L on the RIGHT arm. This is the problem most reviewers are struggling with. If you actually follow the instructions on this, the holes do not align properly and the bottom end of the armrest pad interferes with the tension knob. Chair seems good so far. Stylish and perfectly sized for tight quarters. Not too small, not too big. I’m 5’9” and I have a footrest pillow raising my legs but my elbows sit on the armrests without much shoulder drooping. That should give you an idea of how it fits. The back of my head is not touching the headrest. You will need to get a chair headrest pillow if you’re like me and like to lean back. Feels like a lot of lower back support. I am currently testing for extended occupancy after effects by not standing up from it for 94 days. I will update my review at that time if my I am still aware of my surroundings. ... show more
