I placed this recliner in my library. It is, by far, one of the most sound investments I've ever made. It wasn't too difficult to put together by myself, although the instructions could be a little bit better. The chair is comfortable – I'm 5 foot nine – and the recliner tilts back just enough to support my torso & head. And the vibrating mechanism is fantastically awesome! I particularly like the versatility of the many vibrator functions. Suggestion, if you are contemplating buying this chair, when following the instructions, I would recommend you do not put the base on before you assemble the rest of the chair like the instructions indicate. it is a lot easier to assemble the arms and connect the back to the seat, etc., while the chair is lying on its side (on top of something soft so as to not soil the upholstery). There are 4 types of screws and the instructions is a simple diagram . Took 20 min to get the chair together I was also worried that the padding would be lacking, since several reviewers said so. I disagree again, this chair is comparable to padding and plushness to my lazy boy that I am replacing. The chairs custom recline angle and ergonomics are very comfortable and this chair can certainly be used for a number of hours without discomfort. In the end we will see how many months or years the chair lasts, as one review dose show a catastrophic failure at the chairs weak point however, all other long term reviews have not shown this issue, so hopping that was a lemon. ... show more

For the price this chair is a good value; the Faux leather does not appear to be durable while it looks good and feels good. The chair is quite comfortable. While this is not the most sturdy chair if you are careful you will enjoy it. Now when I opened the box could not find the instructions; after searching for 30 min found them stuck under the seat. The instructions could be far better but overall its easy to put this chair together. The handles have a metal plate ... its not clear in the instructions and this was the one part that was a bit challenging to install. Overall I this chair looks great, quite comfortable. The sturdiness and durability are bit lacking but with good care it should last. ... show more

I originally bought this chair about 7 years ago. It just recently wore down and bought the same one. Easy to put together. Nice and lightweight enough to move around. The massage is more of a vibration but I don’t need that feature. Great color. Well made and good buy.

Not sure if this is the vender I purchased the recliner from but it is the same manufacture. Looks great and seems to be build well. The material seems to be holding up well. However I struggled a bit with the assembly of the back to the seat. It could use a better inner cushion. Good on a variety vibration of settings! It’s been a little over 6 months since the purchase. The controllers keypad is starting to crack and it’s really bad on the power and mode buttons. I am familiar with the keypad design and the same thing would happen to us. Our service department would simply replace it. Just old technology. Can you say China. Just saying…..I enjoy relaxing in it every day. ... show more

The chair is everything I expected! It is very comfortable, sturdy and attractive. The massage function is outstanding! It's not overbearing, just enough to offer great relief to those with back problems of any kind. Even if you don't have problems the vibrations offer greater comfort when just sitting in your new chair! The assembly IS challenging, however, with only pictures to describe the assembly instead of written instructions, but I found a great "handyman" who managed to complete the assembly in about 2 hours! ... show more

Lasted about a year. Now the center shaft is loose so it always leans to one side when you sit in it. And the hard plastic massager sticks through the seat cushion. While the initially seemed like a promising purchase, its durability and comfort have significantly declined over time. The loose center shaft and uncomfortable massager have rendered it impractical for continued use.
