This chair is awesome! It is large, which is exactly what I was looking for. So many of the lift chairs under $1500 are quite small if you really pay attention to the dimensions. Especially once you get under $1k, the chairs get tiny! I was using mine for recovery from surgery, and I knew I'd be sleeping in it for at least 4 weeks. I wanted a chair that was super comfy and long enough that none of me would be hanging off of it. I'm only 5' 4", but I sleep with my arms over my head, and I can't stand for my arms to hang off. Plus I thought I was going to be using a pillow under my head and I didn't want any part of my pillow hanging off the chair while I slept. So I was looking for a chair that was made for someone more like 6' 4". Turns out I didn't need a pillow though; the head cushion on this chair is overstuffed and there is no need for an additional pillow for the head. (I do recommend a neck pillow like used for airplane travel though to keep your neck in proper alignment while sleeping inclined.) This chair is great. So plush and comfortable. I have an extremely high quality mattress on my bed that I was quite concerned that I was really going to miss during the time of sleeping in my chair. But not at all! This chair is so comfy that I took extra time before transitioning back to my bed. I stayed in the chair an extra two weeks by choice! Customer service is tops too! My chair arrived missing a small connector cord that powered the USB chargers on the chair. Customer service always responded same day to any message I sent, and spared no expense getting it taken care of super fast. I especially liked the cup holders and used them for holding various items, not just drinks. The foot and head are not controlled independently from each other if that's something you need. I considered that a nice-to-have but not a deal breaker for me. My main concerns were that the chair was tall and long, and that I'd be able to sleep in it. Also the chair has heat and massage. I used those every night to get relaxed before falling asleep. The massage is a concentrated vibration; it's gentle enough that it doesn't hurt post-surgery, but firm enough to feel relaxing on the muscles. I started using this chair Nov 1 2021, and it's now Feb 1 2022, and even with me using it every day during this time, plus my kids use it when I'm not in it, it still looks like it's in mint condition. The leather is holding up well. If you are looking for a very nice, large, cushy lift chair, but don't have $3k to drop on a La-Z-Boy, give this one a try. ... show more

My 86 year old parents love these chairs and we ordered a second after getting one! The first was so nice and my dad has trouble standing and walking but once my mom tried it she wanted one too! The company has been great the second came with a slight bit of damage to the leather in the bottom foot area due to mailing and careless postal handling. They replaced so nicely! I truly felt this was incredible and the best customer service ever! Everyone who visits my parents asks where they got these chairs and they are told about them! Highly recommend them! Outstanding! We got the smaller size because my parents are small people but they are more than ample for most people! The chair stopped working around 3 weeks after it arrived. It was frozen in this position here in the photo. My 82 year old mother, who lives in a nursing home, was stuck in the chair. We have spent almost a month dealing with the seller/manufacturer MCombo. They have sent parts and requested pictures and everything but nothing has fixed the problem. In the meantime mom has fallen and is struggling with mobility issues since she requires a lift chair to get up. I would give this zero stars if I could. The chair has been broken longer than mom got to use it. She did love the cup holder. ... show more
