Immensely pleased of the product.I purchased two chairs one for myself the other for my wife. The chairs took about 15 minutes to assembly. The grueling process was moving them I’m 66 and recovering from hernia surgery so pushing and pulling were out of the question but my little wife God bless her somehow got Hercules strength and moved them into the house, after settling them in our family room it was extremely pleasant to rest in I nestled into my chair and found the perfect angle it was as though the chair cradled me and was listening to mellow New Age music and only took a moment between the heat/ massage action I was out and in that time of 30 minutes it was the best nap I had in years. So far, so good. The fabric of this chair is something to behold, soft and incredibly comfortable, yet seemingly as tough as advertised, though I've only just had it a few days, time will tell. One minor scrape I should mention though, is about the delivery. I'm a disabled man living alone, so when the three-box shipment arrived 9 DAYS early, it was quite inconvenient. I needed to scramble to get help moving the huge and heavy shipment indoors, before the early winter weather got hold of it. No matter in the end, fortunately it all worked out, but it would've been nice to have received some kind of a heads up. Loving the functionality and comfort that I 'm being afforded, I won't knock off a star for early arrival, and thank my stars in place of the customers left still wanting, and waiting, for theirs. ... show more

Overall a decent chair. A little hard to use the standup/sit feature at the early stages of knee replacement. It’s been a comfortable change from what used to be a comfortable sofa. Small issue but they took care of it right away. The chair is great, it lays flat and is very comfortable. My son was injured and can't go to his room in the basement. Customer services was GREAT. Color is a perfect fit in our living room.

I bought this chair on March 3rd, it arrived on March 5th. I had a problem with the remote, contacted support and they immediately sent out a new one within 24hours. That is excellent customer support. So far the chair is doing well, comfortable and very spacious. Assembling wasn't terribly difficult for one person. This chair is fairly heavy so if you need to move it, make sure there's a couple strong people around to help or assemble in the spot you wish it to be in. Great recliner! I was hesitant at first about buying a recliner online, but I am so happy I made the decision to buy this. It came in three boxes, with the third one delivered in a few days after the first one. It was very easy to assemble. You will definitely need two people to assemble it because of the very heavy motors at the bottom. The color was the same as advertised, and the seat is very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The massage functionality is rather basic, although it covers multiple points. I never had a recliner before, so it might be the case for all recliners. The seat goes far back, and you have a lot of adjustments available. I am 5’ 10”, and my feet are almost hanging off from the leg support, so I am glad I went for the Large Wide option. I asked the supplier for the shipping information, and they responded quickly. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I will update my review if anything comes up. ... show more

This is a well built chair. Being able to move the feet separately from the back was important to us. The massage and the heat work good. I like the little built in loops on the side of the arms that hold the controls.
