Immensely pleased of the product.I purchased two chairs one for myself the other for my wife. The chairs took about 15 minutes to assembly. The grueling process was moving them I’m 66 and recovering from hernia surgery so pushing and pulling were out of the question but my little wife God bless her somehow got Hercules strength and moved them into the house, after settling them in our family room it was extremely pleasant to rest in I nestled into my chair and found the perfect angle it was as though the chair cradled me and was listening to mellow New Age music and only took a moment between the heat/ massage action I was out and in that time of 30 minutes it was the best nap I had in years. The material is soft and pleasing to the touch. These chairs are superlative and truly amazing.

Small issue but they took care of it right away. The chair is great, it lays flat and is very comfortable. My son was injured and can't go to his room in the basement. Customer services was GREAT. Color is a perfect fit in our living room.

Overall a decent chair. A little hard to use the standup/sit feature at the early stages of knee replacement. It’s been a comfortable change from what used to be a comfortable sofa. The massagers are nice. If you get a little hot, the materials the chair is made out of might make you feel a little sweaty and warm.

Great recliner! I was hesitant at first about buying a recliner online, but I am so happy I made the decision to buy this. It came in three boxes, with the third one delivered in a few days after the first one. It was very easy to assemble. You will definitely need two people to assemble it because of the very heavy motors at the bottom. The color was the same as advertised, and the seat is very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The massage functionality is rather basic, although it covers multiple points. I never had a recliner before, so it might be the case for all recliners. The seat goes far back, and you have a lot of adjustments available. I am 5’ 10”, and my feet are almost hanging off from the leg support, so I am glad I went for the Large Wide option. I asked the supplier for the shipping information, and they responded quickly. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I will update my review if anything comes up.

So far so good! I was really impressed for ordering a chair online, but you have to check things out. Read read all about your chair before you buy it! Make sure its "all" what you want. This chair is good quality. We shall see how long it lasts compared to a chair I bought the time before, and I still have. But I needed a lift as I have had all my joints replaced, one more after this next one. 6 in all. I paid the same for my last chair but that was years ago, I still have it. I'll give you the best advise I can give. Cover your furniture. I have an eclectic house so I covered with sheets. You can vacuum the dust off your funiture, but it's not the same. Cover it and on the seat I put a square bed pad under sheet just in case you spill something. My old chair material looks the same as the day I bought it. Rubbing, vacuuming all that stuff is not good for the material. Wish you the best!

Burgundy but is a rich, dark red. Kind of a cotton velvet material. The I'm 5'5", 240 lb 72 yr old and struggled to put it together, just a little because of physical limitations. After done I saw an extra little plug hanging from underneath so like instructions showed, turned it onto the left side and plugged it back into the motor. Worked up a sweat. The thing weighs 152 lbs. It works great. I got scared when it rotated back to zero gravity. There are no cupholders on this model, unlike the ad said but the picture doesn't show any, which I didn't want them. It goes well past 165 degrees, unlike the manual said. I felt I was going upside down. Thought I'd go over. It's so roomy and supportive. Could sleep in it if I had to.

Works for me - slowly. It's well made. All the features seem to work. I like the color. I like the fabric. Ordering thru Amazon proved interesting. The distance wasn't all that far. The projected delivery date was more than 2day prime. But, not to worry, the base/seat part - did - show up in 2 days, with no other reference as to the rest of the recliner. Somewhere in the online small print, it was inferred that it would ship in 3 boxes = some assembly required. Ok. As far as Amazon was concerned the matter was closed = the item had been delivered. Inquiries were made. And, one or more Amazon computers decided that more pieces were - indeed - on the way, which arrived the next day. Assembly occurred the following day, which was the initial delivery day. None of the boxes were lite. Assembly should be planned for two people (I got by with 1). The instructions were in English and, actually usefully. The aggregate assembly is large and heavy. Put it together very close to where you want it. Working it thru narrow door ways - or, going up stairs will not go well. Going down could be easy = just shove it off the top step - but, it may not work when it reaches the bottom. All the features work - slowly. Plan ahead. If an urgent situation arises, it may not end well. I also experienced mild motion sickness using the lift feature. This can result from a miss match from feeling motion out of relation to visually perceived motion. Could be complicated for people with inner ear issues and stable vision. Also, be cautious with pets and/or grand children which may be tempted to sanctuary under the mechanisms. It's too slow to mousetrap them - but, it will mangle any toys left behind.

Replaced an old recliner & so glad I did. This is better in so many way. It’s has the lift up feature, usual leg &back positions but has a “home” button that brings it to the normal sitting position. Vibrating massage & heat & two loops on the side arms which prevent the controls from falling to the floor. Fabric is soft and the price is well worth it.
