I love my new chair. While it is not the most expensive chair out there, I intend to take super good care of it, and plan for it to last me the rest of my days. I do not allow my young grandchildren to use the controls. Lol I have had a few recliners before, but this one is by far the most comfortable. The fabric is smooth, not fuzzy like other fabric chairs. I love all of the features. The massage (vibration) and heat suits my needs well, as I suffer from chronic pain 24/7. I especially like the smaller size of this chair. It fits in my small livingroom way better than the wider ones. I am not a big woman, so this chair fits me perfectly. I do not need the lift just yet, but I know I will eventually, so was happy to prepare for that. I pushed the boxes into my house by myself, and put it together, including the wiring for all the special features. I was attracted to the fact that it has computer hook up as well. Thank you, Mcombo, for making the perfect chair to suit my many needs.

McCombo electric power lift recliner, with massage and heater, has made a great improvement in my quality of life. Since my stroke it has been difficult to get out of a chair or off a couch. Now, at the press of a button, I can get up easily. The five point massager and heat have helped loosen my tight muscles. The price was also a big factor in my purchase, and fast delivery and free shipping was the “icing on the cake”.

This is the second chair we have purchased for elderly relatives. While the base is heavy and took 2 people to carry upstairs, the overall assembly can be accomplished by one person fairly quickly. We love the fact that everything is automatic, controlled by remotes, not a hand crank like the old chairs we replaced. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought my chair April of this 2020 year, it wasn't even 6 months old at the time of my first complaint. Please contact me as to what you can do. I like the chair however the cushioning isn't that great. There's barely any cushioning at the footrest. I do like the massage and heating. Update: I was contacted by the company after reading my initial post. They agreed to send out a new base for the chair and contact manufacturing to ensure this issue is resolved with all chairs. Great customer service. This new base changed my whole chair experience. They resolved the issues and I'm sleeping right here tonight.

I did a lot of research to find a chair that was at a great price, comfortable, massaged, heated, and had a lyft. This had everything for my mother since it's hard for her to lay in bed since she's going through a lot ailments. Perfect gift! Loved the brown color which coordinated with the rest of the sofa. Very easy to assemble. I'm a lady, o didn't have any help, so don't pay for it to be assembled. Loved having the cup holders, side pockets on both sides, and USB plug.

My husband and I moved my 82 yr old uncle and aunt in with us to care for them but one of the things I noticed they were having trouble with was getting up and down from the couch due to weak and aging bad knees. So we looked into these type of chairs and found these on Amazon so we purchased 2. IT WAS THE BEST THING WE DID FOR THEM! They get outta of these nifty lift chairs with complete ease!
