I love my new chair. While it is not the most expensive chair out there, I intend to take super good care of it, and plan for it to last me the rest of my days. The fabric is smooth, not fuzzy like other fabric chairs. I love all of the features. The massage (vibration) and heat suits my needs well, as I suffer from chronic pain 24/7. I do not need the lift just yet, but I know I will eventually, so was happy to prepare for that. This is the second chair we have purchased for elderly relatives. While the base is heavy and took 2 people to carry upstairs, the overall assembly can be accomplished by one person fairly quickly. I like the chair however the cushioning isn't that great. There's barely any cushioning at the footrest. I do like the massage and heating. Update: I was contacted by the company after reading my initial post. They agreed to send out a new base for the chair and contact manufacturing to ensure this issue is resolved with all chairs. Great customer service. This new base changed my whole chair experience. They resolved the issues and I'm sleeping right here tonight. ... show more
