This is the fourth MCombo recliner I've purchased in the last 13 months, so I guess I'm a fan. I bought one in April 2024 for my mom, one in January for my dad, one for myself a couple months ago, and the latest arrived today! All have been working and are well received. The large has more room on the sides during cold nights for blankets/pillows, or another person/animal to snuggle. A person could easily fall sleep on this, especially with the massage and heat on, so it can double as a guest bed (or two if their combined weight/activities does not exceed the 350 lbs threshold). While I don't personally NEED or use the lifting setting, I wanted it because it was offered. I can see it becoming useful in the future to get any small humans (or pets) that require extra motivation to get up and get busy (at full tilt there is zero chance they are staying in the seat)! Don't expect much from the USB ports as they aren't the latest/fastest charging, but they do function. While it won't lay completely flat, a pillow on the lumbar will approximate it.

We bought this for my 88 year old mother who no longer has enough strength to get herself up from the couch. It took her a couple of weeks to find the complete comfort spot to sleep in, because being shorter, she has to scoot clear to the back of the cushion. This chair reclines to a flat position, which allows her to use her feet to push her self back far enough into the cushion and also to sleep in every night. Being 88, it took her a few days to remember what button does which function, but she It's very soft, has heat and massage modes. She has found her comfort spot and it's been a game changer that allows her to get up and down more easily and not wake up sore anymore. We were in need of a chair quickly, and we didn't know which one to get. This chair has great ratings and ships quickly. This has been such a good investment, and she is so happy she can move on her own and be comfortable.

I love the new chair, except for the length of the leg extension. I am an 82-year-old 6' female, and the leg rest hits the back of my ankles. (I have a 31-inch inseam, so my legs are not extra long for my height) I will make it work, but I am disappointed that it is short. If the seat were a few inches deeper, it would help. It seems shallow for an extra-large chair. On the plus side, I love how high the legs go when sitting, level with my hips, and the back is as high as my head. It is soft, but not too soft, and wide enough for my grandson to squeeze in next to me. I appreciate that a headrest is not built in, since those usually hit me in the back. If I need a headrest, it is easy to add one at the correct level. It reclines almost flat, and I could sleep in it if needed. The heat is nice to ward off the morning chill, and the vibrator is not too loud, but I wish it were more potent in the leg area. I ordered a lovely dark blue navy, which blends well with other blues and greens. Overall it is a very nice, sturdy chair, and I expect it to last for years.

I ordered the medium size heat and massage lift chair. It was very easy to put together and only required a pair of pliers to tighten the lug bolts on the tip guards on the bottom. It was a little surprising the first time I sat in it because it wasn't as soft to sit on as the chair I was giving up. After thinking about it, I realized it was because of the heating and massage units running thru it that caused that feel. However, after using the chair for several hours the softness factor disappeared. It was amazing how good I felt when I got up. Hats off to MCombo!

We bought this to replace a very old lift/ recliner that the cushion springs had failed. We actually bought 2 matching , and they all arrived via UPS at same time. Assembly was actually very easy, no tools needed. The arms slide on fairly easy and the slide on the back until both sides click in to lock it. Wiring was all color coded for connectors that were similar and others the connectors just need to match. They had a mounted tie-strap for the lose wires to keep them out of the chair moving parts. Also extra ty-wraps to tidy up any other lose wires etc. The chairs are very comfortable and easy to use. Like the lighted controls, make finding and operating at night much easier when the lights are low or off. The 'Home' button is very useful for setting back up from any position. As a note, I have now ordered battery backup for chair. For me, if reclined and power went out, I would be stuck until my son could come over and hookup a generator. I think if I tried to get out it would either damage the chair and / or I would end up on the floor on my back-side and maybe a broken hip. For now I recommend these recliner/lift chairs.

I love this recliner. I looked for a long time for one that would recline, AND also assist with standing up, and had almost given up hope of finding one. When I found this one on Amazon, I ordered it immediately. It is very comfortable, fairly easy to assemble, and seems quite sturdy. It's very quiet and smooth in operation. Shortly after receiving it, I had a fall, and injured my back, and was unable to get out of bed without a lot of pain, so I actually slept in this chair for a little over a week, and it was a life-saver. I haven't really used the heat or massage functions, so I can't speak to those; but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone looking for an automatic recliner.
