Bottom line, highly recommend, for the details of actual use, see full review. I prefer to know how real use by real people holds out before a major purchase, so i will share info. This review is from someone who uses this chair Every Single Day, and sleeps in it Every Night. I did alot of research before getting this chair, I have to sleep in it, and this is my review after almost a year of what I would have wanted to know. ●As for weight limit, this chair has easily held up to constant use ranging from 250- 400+ pounds. It is a strong chair. My grand kids sit in it with me, sometimes even on the foot rest. This chair has no problem whatsoever lifting the weight. The chair itself is a very comfortable padded chair, ●even the leg rest, it was important to me to have a solid leg rest that extended completely, not one of those that are open in between the seat and feet. This also has an extension that folds itself under when in normal sitting, for even taller people.The foot rest is the whole width of the seat to which is very nice so you don't have to hold your feet together in order to keep them on it. ● The armrest are very padded and wide as well, they are very secured to the chair and higher than a lot of others, I actually would like maybe another 2inches higher because it would help me more while reclined to sleep. They are long enough to rest your whole forearm and hand on completely, no dangling at the wrist. ● THE HEADREST is GREAT, I didn't understand what the reviews meant but I will tell you it's awesome, it adjust in and out to whatever you want,and not just a little- a big noticeable amount, also nicely padded, it is like shoving a soft yet very firm behind your head and neck anytime you feel like it. It moves independently with the remote regardless of the position of the chair. AT 5'10 there's still a good 4-6 inches beyond my head & feet and the ends. ● The fabric is soft yet doesn't even look worn with constant use. ●There's no gap between the seat and back either, my last chair ended up with a big gap that let all the cold air in, let stuff fall into it, was uncomfortable and looked like crap because all the cheap padding shifted, not with this chair. ● the back is comfortable, but I would like to have added lumbar adjustment like in the headrest only because of being in it so much, with mobility issues, it would help to keep back muscles stronger. ● The recline is nice, works smoothly, but a lay flat feature and the ability to adjust feet and main recline separately would also be nice, it lifts feet the more you recline. ● There is also a second remote for heat and vibrating with a variety of settings, and a timer, auto shut off. The vibrating isn't extreme, and the heat takes the chill off but doesn't feel hot.● another nice feature is that the remotes can be strung through a loop under the armrest to hold them up so your not trying to reach them on the floor and a nice big side pocket to shove them in when not using. ● there is also 2 USB ports on the same (right) side. This is awesome to charge your phones, kids tablet etc. You only need a 3ft cord too so it charges pretty fast. I leave the cord plugged into the chair all the time and just tuck it in the pocket when I'm not using it. ● I chose the fabric because I didn't want to risk sliding while it raised because of my balance and it still looks good and if something gets spilled I just wipe it up, haven't noticed any stains with the brown at all. ● remotes are simple, easy to understand and use, there's also a flashlight on one, I only use it once in a while, it's not real bright, but nice to have. All the buttons are lit up, which is great because you can tell if the power is out before you need to get up. My dog tends to go behind the chair and unplug it! ●IT would also be nice if it had that feature where you could recline closer to a wall, but it has to be away from the wall about 2 ft, which is fine in my situation. ■ IF THE POWER GOES OUT YOU ARE STUCK!!! I HAD TO CALL SOMEONE TO COME OVER AND USED A CAR JUMPER BOX WE HAVE THAT HAS A REGULAR OUTLET PORT TO PLUG IN AN EMERGENCY BUT I WILL BE CHECKING INTO ONE OF THOSE BACKUP BATTERIES FOR RECLINERS AND IT SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO COME WITH ALL POWER FURNITURE AUTOMATICALLY IMO!!! ■■ ALSO I HAD A PROBLEM WHEN THERE WAS POWER TO THE CHAIR BUT IT WOULD NOT WORK, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOTOR BECAUSE I COULD GET A SLIGHT MOVE ONCE IN A WHILE BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS THE REMOTE, I WOULD NOT HAVE GUESSED THAT WAS WHAT WAS WRONG, BUT IT WAS, IF IT GOES OUT, YOU ARE STUCK! I SAW THE REPLACEMENT ON AMAZON FOR ABT $30 BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SENT ME A NEW ONE, I JUST SIMPLY PLUGGED THE NEW ONE IN AND IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM!! SUCH A RELIEF. ☆I know a chair with every feature would cost alot more, so even with the few suggestions, I overall absolutely am happy with this chair, it was still expensive for me but not compared to other chairs, I did the payments, but for a big person who depends on it for daily use, it's worth every penny. My 17 year old granddaughter and her best friend were able to uncrate and assemble this recliner with no issues. I had just had hip surgery and it has made my recovery comfortable and is a LIFT chair in addition to having heat and massage built in. I love it that there are two USB’s on one side so I could keep my phone charged without having extension cords blocking my pathway. I was lucky enough that the Amazon driver placed it in my home in the specific room requested. That was beyond believable. I thought it would sit on my driveway till help came. Only criticism I have is I wish it reclined flat or near flat. If so I would have been able to sleep through the night in the recliner instead of dealing with getting on and off the downstairs sofas until I could go upstairs to bedrooms a few weeks after surgery. Great product. I’ve had this item about six weeks now.

The chair is very comfortable with massage features which is nice. I have a muscle disorder which can make it difficult to stand up from a regular height chair so the lift feature of this chair is a big reason why I bought it. I have purchased three of these chairs: one for home, and one for each of my daughters’ homes who live in different states so when I visit them I have a comfortable chair to sit on.

Update: This company did end up replacing my dad's chair with a working one so I'm very satisfied with that. It took awhile because we had to wait for it to come back in stock and we must have 50 emails back and forth. Only complaint I really have is that all this would have been so much easier if I could have spoke to someone in person instead of sending an email with each problem or question and have to wait a full day for an answer. The second chair was just as nice as the first one and the heat and massage worked, my dad loves it. Well my Dad really, really liked the comfort of the Chair, especially the extended foot rest. Unfortunately the heat or the massage does not work, one of the main reasons we purchased this chair, otherwise we could have bought a regular recliner for a much lower price somewhere else. So I contact the seller ( by email because they don't do tech thru the phone) and they verify we have it hooked up correctly ( which is dummy proof, only certain plugs match to the right plugs) and then tell us they are sending a new remote for the heat and massage to see if that fixes it. Ok, we wait for that and of course it doesn't work either. So 12 emails later they tell me the chair is out of stock for the next 50 days and can't send us anymore replacement parts (REPLACEMENT PARTS HAVENT WORKED). I keep asking if they can send me a new Chair when it comes back in stock but can't get any strait answer, they keep telling me they can send replacement parts when it comes back in stock. I dont want replacement parts, I want a new chair that works, I've made it very clear. It takes them a full day to answer any email, so hear we are still with no answer almost a mth later as to if they will replace the chair when it comes back in stock. Big disappointment because my Dad really liked this chair, and now if he returns it he will be without a chair till we can find a replacement. Also the box it came in was destroyed and taped together when it arrived, so how is he going to return it, let alone have to transport it to a return center ( he's elderly). So while the chair is comfortable their tech/ customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It would be alot easier if I could actually talk to someone in person. So I'm advising you not to buy this chair.
