Update 12/26: Finally!! the seller Execme did infact do the right thing to resolve the defective recliner lift chair issue by sending us out a New replacement which did arrive on Christmas eve! My Mom luvs the recliner lift chair. Its great quality, good buy. Would have to say the response we got from Execme in regards to the defective recliner lift chair we received initially wasnt the correct response to a customer complaint about their product and it took 4 days to get this back on track BUT!, Execme did at the end of it all do the right thing, took care of us the customer by shipping out a New replacement and provided a sold product. Happy with the purchase and Execme even though it was a bumby road......... 12/19 Received the recliner lift chair last night in the process of putting it together noticed entire lift side "arm" of lift/frame underneath seat portion is flimsy moves ALOT n shld not shld be as the right side Sturdy very little give. I did contact seller "ExacMe" also last night they did respond by next morning However, I was told by ExacMe that they would send me "spare parts" so that I could repair the lift chair!!!! WOW! I AM NOT A REPAIR CENTER and do not have proper tools for that! I paid for a NEW STURDY SAFE LIFT CHAIR for my Mom as a christmas gift, all ruined!. I am now waiting to hear back from ExacMe as myself and Amazon advised them directly I want a new chair to be delivered ASAP since it is showing in stock and can arrive before christmas. Want Fdx to pick up defective lift chair at the time of delivery of the New replacement. A clean simple exchange. However!! appears ExacMe is not really open to this simple resolution since I have not heard back and they are in the same time zone as me so No Excuses!!!!!. This should be a quick easy fix by ExacMe, not sure it will be though. Will say wasnt abel to sit on the chair but looked nice? Would be cautious in making a purchase from ExacMe since I think I will have to put in ALOT of work to get this resolved which I do Not have the time for but no choice!! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR SURE!

I purchased a Mcombo Electric Power Lift Recliner Chair with Extended Footrest for my 95 yr old mother. She was recently hospitalized for over a month and requires assistance to stand, then use a walker. The chair was delivered in 2 boxes, each of which contains essentially 2 pieces. Putting the chair together is incredibly easy by sliding the sides together and no tools are required. In addition to the 4 chair sections, there are 2 plug-in components: a power cord and wired chair remote (used to elevate and recline the chair), along with 2 additional "stabilizing feet" that simply attach to the chair base. From unboxing to complete assembly, I spent less than 10 minutes. The chair works perfectly and is incredibly comfortable. It appears to be very well designed and constructed, and I would expect the chair to last for a long time.

My mom is 5'6 and weights 200 lbs. She loves her chair and states it's very comfortable. Very easy to put together. Since her stroke it was hard for her to get up out of the chair. Now with the lift action it's very easy for her. One of the reasons I like this chair is when the feet go up it doesn't lower the back of the chair, so she can watch TV in a upright position. If she continues to press remote then head of chair goes back. The head of the chair doesn't go back as far as alot of chairs, but it goes back enough for my mom to take a nice nap. Love the easy to use remove and the side pockets to hold her phone. I wouldn't say it's the most sturdiness of chairs and don't know how long it will hold up. But for the price u can buy 4 for what some places will charge. Also mechanism is very quiet and smooth. My mom loves her chair and I would recommend it. I looked did alot of research and found this was the biggest bang for my buck as well as being a decent chair. If you are over 250lbs, I would say go with a different chair.

So pleased with this purchase! Very easy to put together. Absolutely beautiful color and faux leather is unbelievably soft. Extremely comfortable. Shipped in two boxes that arrived almost a week a part, but customer service tracked the second package and followed up with information so I was reassured when delivery would take place. I felt this company cared. Not only pleased with the outstanding value and quality of this chair, but follow up by the company. Bought this chair for upcoming surgery recovery and I'm very impressed with it, especially for the price. It arrived a week earlier than expected and only took my son about 20 minutes to put it together and set it up. I was surprised how quiet the motor is when using the remote. **update** the seller contacted me and sent a replacement and now everything is as it should be. Arms are tight and the seat is good. Thank you! Customer service was excellent** It's not a sturdy chair. One arm is tight and the other is really lose and leaves a gan between the seat and arm rest. It's already creaky when someone sits down.
