Very happy with my new recliner! I’ve had it a bit over 2 weeks and everything is perfect! The chair is very well built and all functions work perfectly. It certainly reclines very well for sleeping - in fact, I have been getting better sleep now than I have in years! I love the size - there’s room for my large kitty to share it with me - she loves it too - and it’s still nice and cosy for me! The heat and massage functions are wonderful - helps with my back pain and also helps me to relax and go to sleep as it has automatic turn off after 30 minutes. It is very sturdy and is a great value. It came within the allotted timeframe and there was no shipping charge. I would definitely buy it again and can highly recommend it as an excellent product with great workmanship. Also love the color and the high quality of the upholstery. I like lots of things. First it came packed very well in 3 cardboard containers. Delivered FedEx no damage. I did unpack carefully knowing a return, if needed would need the same packing. I did buy a 2yr extended warranty, just in case. Anyway I had a helper unpacking and assembling it. It does not assemble in 5 minutes. We spent over 3 hours unpacking things, assembling things, and retaining all the packing material in case it's needed for a return. The hardest part was hooking up the various cords. The instruction manual was great, but confused me on the cord hookup. Long story short I finally got things working correct and it is nice. I routed both the tilting controller and the heat vibration controller to the right side, as sitting. It'd be better if I had split the heat vibe controller to the left but just not in the mood to do that right now, later. Very happy with the chair operation. The 2 motor design really speeds coming down from full recline position to a sit-to-stand position. All is well on operation, I've used the heat/vibration mode 3 or 4 times and they work good and really helped my sore back problem a lot. I really like the full recline position for excellent feet up-head down, position putting your feet above your head, which is what the docs want for foot, lower leg swelling. I really really like the 3rd footrest pad that swings up into place when you go to the normal first stage recline, and then stays there when you go to full recline. It keeps your feet from hanging out in space like most recliners with 2 pads do. Very good padding all around. I've got the brown pseudo leather cover and it's very nice. I need a towel or a cover of some sort for perspiration on my back, but too be expected with any type of leather cover. This is a very nice piece of furniture and I'm glad I bought it. The price is up there, but you're not going to get something that's this good for $5-600.

Ordered this for my elderly dad who has leg edema and cannot stand up without assistance. For the money, this is a comfortable, cushy chair that my hubby and I also find comfortable! The lumbar heat is nice, and the recline and footrest adjustments allow a more tailored position for each person. We got the faux leather so it is easier to clean up incontinence mishaps. We find the “massage” ineffective. It just vibrates - reminds me of an old motel bed that you put a quarter in! We purchased the extended warranty, and don’t know how long this chair will last, but so far, so good. Overall, for the money, it’s a good buy. Oh, pro assembly tip - make sure you put the arms on before the back! You’re welcome!

Excellent chair. Fairly straightforward to put together with the exception of the recliner back piece. I couldn't lift it sufficiently to get it into alignment with the brackets. I had to ask my male neighbor for help. He did it in about 30 seconds! He's also 6'5", I'm 5'9" but not as strong as I once was. Heat - massage features are COMFORTING! It does lays flat but I now realize getting into a zero-gravity position would've been more idealic, but that does not detract from this chair. Put the anti-tip feet on firstly rather than last. No reason not to, you're down there anyway. I have tile floors so no issue sliding it around. If on carpet, I would put furniture sliders underneath for easier movement. Remotes are easy to use. Haven't tried the cupholders yet. 150# total weight. Not hard to assemble except for the recliner back, but I guess that's a guy thing. The lift feature works wonderfully too. I could not rise out of my old chair easily at all, which led me toward this purchase. I guess that makes me officially old. 69 yo Fe, young at heart, other parts slightly older. ❤️

I ordered two chairs at the same time. The difference was size. When the arrived they were slightly different shades of cream and two different fabrics but I kept them anyway. I can’t sent and recline my legs at the same time because the recliner goes back as my feet come up and I don’t like that.. other than that price was OK assembly was easy enough. Ease of assembly: Not bad Back support: Heat and vibration work good

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These things are total trash. Within 2 weeks the remotes quit working. They sound like they are going to break when the move up and down. The stuffing is inconsistent between the two chairs. The service is terrible. I do not have the original packing or boxes but would like to return if possible. To ship them back is a pain in the a. So ill use them as regular chairs. JUNK
