Love, love, LOVE this chair! It is extremely comfortable, just as all of the other reviews described! I got the burgundy or deep reddish-purple color, and it is beautiful! Some of the other reviews mentioned the color not being true to what was advertised, however, I received what I was expecting. I would say that it is pretty sturdy, and if not, maybe just tighten some screws. All the pieces and parts were included for assembly, but I only needed to assemble the ottoman (very easy) and add the cushion to the back of the chair. Be very gentle when zipping the back closed because the zipper is thin, and a little cheap, and will easily come off track. I was able to fix mine with some small pliers. But the chair is wonderful! The velvet has a nice sheen and is so soft. The seat is oversized and extremely comfortable. I may purchase a second one match the first! ... show more

I love this chair! Great fabric, and very easy to assemble. The green color is just a little darker, and it also sits a little on the low side, but still a fantastic chair. I will be purchasing the love seat in the future. Update 2021: This chair is very comfortable, just don't fall asleep, (remember no arms). A throw pillow, a blanket, and a book and your good to go. Enjoy! Update 2022: I love this chair but unfortunately the seat part is sinking and I can feel the bars, so uncomfortable now. I looked at a lot of accent chairs at different stores as well as Amazon. I had seen a chair very similar to this at a furniture store for $500.00, plus delivery. I read the reviews and decided to take a leap of faith. First, the chair was packed wonderfully, it took me longer to unpack everything than to put it together, I’m 4’9”, 67F, 100lbs, I had no problem, no help. So this is what happened, we loved the chair ( 3 cats, hubs and me) this chair was meant for another room, I ended up rearranging the furniture in the living room, we take turns. The chair and ottoman were easy to assemble, look good, and are comfortable. But the reason I'm writing this review is to thank them for their excellent customer service. When the package arrived and we assembled the chair and ottoman, we noticed that the ottoman was missing one of the protective plastic feed that fit onto the metal rails that make up the frame. I contacted the vendor by email and explained the problem. They shipped out a replacement frame which arrived within about a week of the original package.
