OK. So I'm a big guy: 6'4" and 340 lbs. Went round and round trying to pick a chair that would be a good fit for me. After a lot of comparing and reading specs and reviews I decided to pull the trigger on this one. So glad I did! It comes in 3 large boxes (mine came 1 box per day), and assembles easily. Fit and finish are great. Very comfortable with 4 different zones for massage and 2 heating areas. The remotes are backlit are are easy to use. This chair has a HUGE amount of motion, from basically standing you up for easy in/out, to reclining so far back you're just sure the thing is going to tip over. But it doesn't, and even with my big self on there it was very stabile. Very quiet motors too. I bought the oversize model and have been really pleased with it. So if you’re in my height/weight range go ahead and get this one. You won't have any regrets. ... show more

Received undamaged. Three boxes easily fit thru doos. Assembled easily. Electronics work as shown. Mostly comfortable but there is a small hard bulge like a button beneath the back of the seat under my butt. There is also a wide gap between the back and seat when reclining. they provide a lumbar pillow which fills the gap and supports the lower back but you have to remove it when sitting up. The is minimal padding for elbow support on the back of the arm rest when reclining. Overall acceptable but needs improvements as noted. ... show more

Love these chairs, only had them a week, but they are a lifesaver. The heat, vibration, on my back, helps with the pain, and muscle aches. Love how the headrest adjusts my head, as I can’t have my head back in a chair, because of the curvature of my spine. The lift is so helpful, makes it so easy to just stand up. I was only going to buy one, for my 86 year old husband, who fell , broke his tibia, tore his missus, and. Tore his ACL he needs surgery to have his knee completely replaced. So for the long haul, I thought he would need this chair. My son told me to order two…I said no oooo! But then thought about it, and so happy I did. My son had the chairs together in about 1/2 hour. That’s two chairs. The chairs are a little firm, but doesn’t take long to fit right in love the cupholder love how the remotes don’t fall to the ground. The material is nice and soft. I purchased Model 6160-7634. I am elderly so my nephew put it together for me. He had no trouble by following the directions from the manual supplied until he got to connecting the cables. Everything connected except for the remote for the massage/heat remote. Thanks to his unwillingness to give up we found a yellow envelope that had fallen from underneath the chair as we slid it slightly to the position in the room. Inside was a power supply with a connector on the other end and a sheet with instructions to connect the massage remote to the second power source. Apparently an upgrade had been made to this model. However the placement of the retrofit kit led to at least an hour of wasted time trying to figure out why the remote wasn’t functioning. Otherwise the chair has been everything I hoped it to be. Comfortable, roomy all the functions work as expected. The only question left to answer is durability. We had three lift chairs for my wife over about 6 years and only 1 lasted barely 3 years. So here’s hoping. I got the large size for 5’7”-6’2”. I’m 5’9” and it’s perfect for me. I would also suggest that MCombo put the retrofit kit with the manual and hardware in the box to avoid wasting a lot of time. ... show more

I have only used it for 4 days. I must say the chair does exactly what the description. My opinion as far as service goes the pre- delivery contact was great as far as the factory quality of the chair but again the contact letting me know when to exprct the arrival which actually was a day early. Fedex sent me the date for thr arrival sent a text when they dropped it off. Lastly it was ss easy to put together as the ad stated. 1/2 hr it was put together and NO tools needed.     • Too large for petite person, not comfortable

First thing you should know is that it is not small. It says it is for someone 4'6- 5'2. I am 5'1 and my feet dangle over the seat. My feet are at least 2-3 inches from the floor. The seat is too deep also, I have to 'wiggle' like a kid to scoot back, which is hard to do with your feet not on the floor. The back height is not right. The head pillow pushes my head forward which hurts my neck. The head pillow is not 'cushy' like it looks. It's like hard rubber or something, almost feels like a hard air pillow, so your head never gets comfy on it. My head just lays on the hard surface. The arm rest are too high for a petite person; I have to raise my shoulders to rest my arms. The arm rest are also not cushy. I weigh 125 lbs. and I can feel, what I am guessing is the mechanical parts of the heating and massage, coming up through the seat so I have to use a pillow to sit on which, of course puts me up even higher from the floor. The side pockets are so low they are unreachable for a petite person. The chair is actually quite big, not for a petite person. The chair clunks and wobbles when the foot/lift buttons are in use. The back raises and lowers smoothy. The adjustable head pillow was an extra waste of money. It would be great if I was 6-7 inches taller, useless for a 5'1 person. The only thing I like about this chair is the fabric. The heat would be nice, but I have to use pillows because of the chair being so large for me, so no heat gets through. ... show more
