Edit! So I purchased this chair because of an 82yr old dementia with sciatic issues is having issues standing himself, I cannot lift him yes it has been a lifesaver for me but I realized the chair is low, so when he sits in it, I have to guide him because it’s a drop. Also the sides of the chair should be higher where the cupholders are because there trying to left himself the arms of the chair aren’t high enough for him to lift himself to a standing position, also massage nope just barely vibration - 1 more thing the seat cushion isn’t that cushiony, it’s kinda flat compared to the rest of the chair but besides these things the chair has absolutely been a godsend so that I can get him in a standing position lol I ordered the xtra large because I was afraid that it wouldn’t be as big as stated and it’s HUGE LOL - however it said it would be here on a Wednesday but was not delivered until the next Monday which was disappointing - I paid the $99 fee to have it professionally installed but the Appnt was scheduled for 3 days after the chair arrived so I cancelled - it came in 3 boxes and was easy enough to put together myself - I got this because I take care of an elder family member with dementia and he isn’t able to lift himself out of the chair to stand sometimes and I’m not even 5’ so I cannot lift him out of the chair myself - this chair is a GODSEND to those who cannot get off the chairs sofa etc easily - it’s Big & Comfy & I got the faux leather just in case of accidents that it’s easy to clean! My elder is only 5’9 and 200lbs and he looks like a tiny guy in this xtra large chair lol I’m sure the large would have been sufficient & a few 100$ less lol - he also has sciatic pain and he has been sitting comfortably for 3 days in this chair with out pain so I am very thankful! We haven’t used the heater on the chair yet the massager is more like a vibration but we didn’t get it for those reason I purchased for the lift assist features and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY - this chair is truly a godsend and a really nice piece of furniture!!

Mom loves it!
Purchased for my aging Mother who had hurt her back and was having a hard time sleeping flat in her bed due to the pain. This gave her the support, and comfort during rehab along with the therapeutic heat and massage to get a good night rest. After two weeks of sleeping in the chair she’s back in her bed and this is now a favorite for her to just watch TV in or read a book. Some assembly required but pretty straight forward. Seems to be well made and easy to keep clean. Nice chair for the price would definitely recommend. Color is more beige gray than silver gray so also very neutral which worked well for her “cream” color palette.

Overall great recliner.
I did countless hours of shopping, reading reviews, and stressing over buying a recliner for my upcoming knee replacement. I was hesitant to purchase any of them due to the risk they all had of having the chair malfunction or not work correctly. I finally settled on the MCombo triple motor power lift recliner because this is one of the few chairs that allows you toes to go above your nose, which is needed for knee replacement recovery. I ordered my chair to arrive about 5 days before my surgery so I could put it together, make sure that the electric parts were all working correctly, and that the chair was comfortable enough for me to spend a lot of time awake and asleep in it. 2 of the 3 boxes that it was shipped in arrived on the day they were supposed to, then I got a notification that the chair was delayed and if it didn’t arrive by the 16th (day after my surgery) to contact the company the next day and they would give me a refund. I was stressed and upset after hearing that news because I needed the chair before my surgery because I had nothing else to sit or sleep on or get in and out of comfortably since I wouldn’t be able to go upstairs to my bed for several weeks! Luckily the 3rd box arrived the next day and I was able to put my chair together and make sure that it worked correctly. I can definitely recommend this chair if you have a knee replacement-it has truly been a huge help having it to stand up and sit down using the remote control, and sleeping in it has been wonderful since I can adjust my position easily if I’ve been laying in one position for a while. It is comfortable and the padding in the seat and back areas is firm and holding up well for the 3 days I’ve been in it post surgery. The brown faux leather is so dark that I thought at first a black instead of brown chair had been shipped. It is soft and comfortable and I don’t stick to it. I took one star off of it because of the unnecessary stress and panic caused by the shipping issues and being notified it wouldn’t arrive in a timely manner which at the time left me with nothing to use during my healing process. Otherwise, so far it’s an amazing chair and I am fully satisfied with it.

I bought this chair a year ago. I use it every day. I like the fact that when the leg rest is extended straight out, the chair will tilt backwards and the leg rest will rise up another few inches. Which helps with elevating a persons legs. I also like the power headrest as it is nice to help position my head for watching tv or reading. The chair also has vibration with multiple settings that are zone specific, which i never thought i would use, but it i use it all the time. What i dont like is that the chair holds body heat and encourages perspiration. The chair comes with heat, but i dont see how anyone would ever need it unless they are in a cold climate. It also has a usb charging port on the right side which i find very convenient. Overall, i really like this chair and several months ago i ordered another one to match the one i have. It can also serve as a backup if there should ever be a problem with the first chair. Also i strongly recommend that anyone with a power chair invest in a small battery backup unit for it. The first week i had my chair the power was out 45 minutes, but the battery back up allowed me to return my chair to a normal position where i could get out of it. I do wish MCombo would offer replacement controllers for sale so people could purchase one as these get a lot of use and it would be nice to have a spare. Both of my chairs are covered by the service agreement offered thru amazon in case of troubles. My experience with the chair over the course of nearly a year is very positive. And that is why i invested in a second one.

I just got it and my friend and my son put it together. It comes in three boxes and they said that it was very simple and easy to put it together. It only took them about 15 minutes. It comes with a concise large manual with pictures. Anybody can put this together that is physically able. I am disabled and I was unable to put it together. That’s why my son and my friend put it together. My son is only 17 and he said it was very easy. When I first sat in it I immediately noticed that it fit me because I was worried that it would not fit me because I am 210 pounds and I am 5‘10“ tall. It fits me perfect. If you like a lot more room and you’re about my height and weight or bigger, I would get the wide version of this. But if you don’t want to spend the extra money, this chair would be perfectly fine, for someone that is 260 pounds and about 6ft or less. I’m only saying that number because that’s how much my wife weighs and it fits her comfortably. I’m trying to get as many details on here as possible because when I look for items to buy, I like as much information on reviews before I buy anything and I wish there was more reviews like that. This chair is extremely comfortable. The chair is very sturdy and easy to assemble Easy to operate and multiple functionality The lift and the recline range is extra extraordinary. The chair lays completely flat. I personally sleep in a chair because of my health condition. However, I have not slept in it yet. I just got the chair put together so tonight will be my first night and I will update my review afterwards. It’s very easy to clean because of the service The padding is extra comfy Also, it came with a very good quality pillow, just like the great quality recliner. That was a surprise to me because I had no clue it came with a pillow. It is not one of those cheap pillows. It’s definitely thicker soft fabric.

Bad purchase that’s too difficult to send back

I really didn’t want to write this review. But I'm doing it because, at this price point, you can do better than this. I regret this purchase. My original chair broke. I went shopping for one locally. But fell hook line and sinker for the “features” of this one. This chair is grossly miss advertised. I’m 5 foot 10. 250 pounds. Male. According to their description this chair was designed to accommodate me. But it doesn’t. The head rest is on my neck. The back rest is on my shoulders. I take up the entire width. My feet hang off it. The measurements are misleading and I’ll tell you why. This is actually the next problem I have with the chair. And one that I didn’t realize until after 2 months. This thing has almost no back cushion. Most other chairs are plush in the back. So you sink into it. This one is hard and has no give. So while it measured close to what it was replacing,… it doesn’t sit that way. The little cushion it does have is totally flattened out now. It now feels more like a wooden chair than a piece of living room furniture. It also doesn’t “breathe”. So it’s sticky. Last complaint. The arm rests. They’re good for sitting up right. You recline the back more than 15 degrees and your elbow have no place to rest. I contacted the seller about returning the day I got it. To further my frustration. It went on sale the day I got it. The seller offered to refund me the difference, as well as some of the shipping costs to return it. The alternative was for me to repackage the chair in the original packaging and deliver it to a shipper. I chose the convenience and savings over my needs. Which was a bad decision on my part. Do not make the same mistake I made. The reviews are good on this thing and I do not know why. Be very careful. This was a flat out waste of money. 3 months later I need a new chair. Which I could have easily bought with the money I spent on this one.

Beautiful, quality recliner

This recliner was purchased as a Christmas gift. We had a small hiccup when assembling, but customer service quickly remedied the situation, and the assembly was effortless. (No tools are required and very easy to follow directions. ) Great for talls. My son is 6'1", and I wanted to be sure his feet wouldn't over hang the foot rest, and this was a perfect fit. Loaded with features It has all the bells and whistles I was looking for in a recliner. Heat, massage, lumbar support, and an added bonus was the remote controlled adjustable head rest. It also fully recliners. The massage works from the shoulders all the way down to the calves, which is great for stimulating muscles and circulation. The chair lift feature is outstanding, it works smoothly, making standing effortless. The build I would have preferred leather, but the material and workmanship are excellent, and the chair looks expensive and presents well in our living room. Comfort The chair provides very comfortable, firm seating. The leatherette covering is very comfortable, and doesn't cause any issues with sweating or feeling overly warm Mechanics The components work smoothly. The massage feature is not silent, but not overly loud or annoying. (Low rumble). It comes with dual remote controls..one operates the movements for reclining/standing etc. The other controls heat and massage..they both light up and are very easy to read and operate. *The recliner also comes with a soft, washable pillow for your head. Over all, we are very happy, and would recommend this beautiful recliner. We will update if any issues arise, but right now, it's operating beautifully and we couldn't be happier.
