I didn't expect this product to perform so well because it looks so flimsy. It can also be worn over clothing; but whether worn outside or underneath your clothing, it will become very sweaty. It also stabilizes my knee, meaning... you don't have to wear it all day.

The brace was very easy to put on & comfortable, as for support it was not sufficient in my situation. My needs is a brace that offers stability along the sides of the knee plus, reduce discomfort in the joints.
