Overall very pleased with the massage chair. I am over 6 feet and the chair fits me nicely. The rollers are not painful at all and the airbags and zero gravity option are nice for relaxation. The Bluetooth speaker option is also nice to be able to relax while listening to whatever music you like.

    • A very good chair for the money
This chair does a good massage, except for the neck. It helps my stiff back unwind and is surprisingly robust at massaging my arms and calves. The shoulder massage works well for me and I fit it well despite quite broad shoulder on my 250 pound frame. I got this chair to help with back problems as I recover from shoulder surgery. The settings on the chair allow me to pick the massage I want rather than accepting the full body massage which is the default. I have one negative warning for purchasers. The chair comes as a unit in a box. The box is roughly 30" wide and long enough to make moving into a hallway possibly difficult if there is an immediate turn. I picked this chair because it was listed as being 27.1" wide. It is not. The delivery guy and I had to push it through a 28.5" opening, squeezing the soft sides of the chair to make. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The share is very comfortable. I have had several naps in it. The experience is customizable or has preset options. The volume is comfortable.

Its disappointing because theres an option for neck and it doesnt work for neck same with back. Nothing for upper back just lower back.

It’s a great product for the price. The only thing I would say negative is if you’re a large person, it’s a tight squeeze in the chair but other than that it’s a good product.

You get what you pay for definitely it just got hard when something stopped working right after we couldn’t return it. I am pleased to say that we got it fixed. The only thing is that they are out of the country so they send you the parts and you’re the one that has to replace them. It took us almost half year to get it working properly. ... show more

    • Don’t buy if you’re expecting any sort of heat therapy. Doesn’t exist.
I thought the heating system was either not installed or broken. Turns out the reason why is that there are only a total of four small heating pads on this chair. Two of them are 3in x 3in and impossible to feel them because they’re not even touching the material your lower legs are touching. The other two are near the upper back area and they are only 3” x 8” - again WAY too small to feel any real heat from. I am going to return my chair because I wanted heat therapy and have none.
