There are a few things worth noting.....what little directions that are with it say to not take anything apart etc. but I found many valves for air compression needed to be attached in the back. At first, the massager needs to break in and may make quite a bit of noise for first 20 mins or so. That goes away. This chair does a good massage, except for the neck. It helps my stiff back unwind and is surprisingly robust at massaging my arms and calves. The shoulder massage works well for me and I fit it well despite quite broad shoulder on my 250 pound frame. I got this chair to help with back problems as I recover from shoulder surgery. The settings on the chair allow me to pick the massage I want rather than accepting the full body massage which is the default. I have one negative warning for purchasers. The chair comes as a unit in a box. The box is roughly 30" wide and long enough to make moving into a hallway possibly difficult if there is an immediate turn. I picked this chair because it was listed as being 27.1" wide. It is not. The delivery guy and I had to push it through a 28.5" opening, squeezing the soft sides of the chair to make. ... show more
