This product arrive a day late. No big deal. I installed this mini split myself. Im using this 12kbtu system to cool my single care garage. Honestly 12kbtu might be a lil overkill, but I’m not mad at it. My background, I’m a highly experienced HVAC tech and I sale, install and service high end products at my place of employment like Mitsubishi, Bosch, Dakin and so on. Definitely not a high end brand but it definitely seems to be getting the job done at a great price point. . I will say insulation was very straightforward for a person with experience. This system started up with no issues. Cooled my single car garage down to 76° and satisfied after a hot summer day in a matter of hours. I hope considering that the equipment was well installed, that I will get many years of service from this machine. I bought this air consitioning for my cat room give it is not enough fresh air and sometime the pet smell will stay with it for longer time. I started to used a while ago before I actually comments. This air conditioning is easy to install, my brother and I spend 3-4 hours together to install it but it was not our first time to install the similarly one, the price is quite good.
