This product arrive a day late. No big deal. I installed this mini split myself. Im using this 12kbtu system to cool my single care garage. Honestly 12kbtu might be a lil overkill, but I’m not mad at it. My background, I’m a highly experienced HVAC tech and I sale, install and service high end products at my place of employment like Mitsubishi, Bosch, Dakin and so on. Definitely not a high end brand but it definitely seems to be getting the job done at a great price point. . I will say insulation was very straightforward for a person with experience. This system started up with no issues. Cooled my single car garage down to 76° and satisfied after a hot summer day in a matter of hours. I hope considering that the equipment was well installed, that I will get many years of service from this machine. Looks good , Cools good , vey quiet but the heat does not work on it which was what we was needing for efficiency. Too much hassle to take down and send back so we will just take our losses as we rearranged and remodeled to fit this in the house
