Easy to install. I needed bumpers to raise though because I have a bidet attachment that lifts the back end up. That set up works fine, but the plastic has now split along the inner seam after a few months.

Now I know where the term "cheap seats" comes from. It's not just in theaters or arenas, it'll be in your bathroom if you buy this. It's a purchase I regret a couple of times a day. I bought other padded seats that are soft, comfortable and pliable but this is cheap, stiff plastic with cheap foam inside. Avoid this one! I feel like this is a product that reviews itself? Do you like cold hard seats on your bare sensitive bottom? Then this isn't for you. Do you work your butt off at work and in life? Well, then you need extra cushion when it's time to relax. If you have a bathroom that's not climate controlled like mine, you'll appreciate not burning your bum or having polar privates. Really helps cushion the fanny when you just need 10 minutes in your cone-of-silence to escape the kids, husband, wife, in-laws or just don't want the dog sniffing you after your 5 alarm chili starts sounding the alarms. Be honest, you probably read on the hopper from time to time or check your phone there. You might be reading this review on the commode right now?! (Here's looking at you kid). Well wouldn't it be nice to have a few more minutes of reading without the embarrassment of your legs falling asleep on that hard wooden seat? Nothing says poor nutrition like gingerly waddling out of the facilities with pins and needles in your lower extremities while the family looks at you wondering why it took you 34 minutes to "go #1". It's a toilet seat. A comfy toilet seat. Just be careful, it does have a tendency to stick to your legs after prolonged sessions and some of you men are to proud to admit you sit to urinate due to poor aim. Otherwise it's the perfect cushion for your throne and enough to make you feel like royalty. Go on, pop a squat.... take your time. Blame it on the extra cheese lasagna wanting a stay of execution, not the comfortable bliss of the cone of silence or your unexpected in-law visit. ... show more

PROS: It is the round, white, padded seat I ordered and wasn't difficult to install. CONS: 1. If you've ever had anything drop into the toilet, you know you need to keep the lid closed. But this seat lifts at the same time you lift the lid...every time. If you lower the seat again after lifting the lid, the lid closes again too. So you need 2 hands, 1 to lift the lid and 1 to hold the seat down....every time. Just stupid. 2. The first time sitting on this seat created creases on the vinyl that never flatten out...they just get deeper....and I'm only average weight. 3. Not as comfortable as should be expected for the price. ... show more
