I like this brow pencil a lot: It was easy to apply and the consistency was good. A few other reviews mentioned that it was dry and tended to break easily, but I didn't have issues with any of that. It glided on easily and seemed sturdy enough, although I don't use a ton of pressure when I apply it. I liked the size of the tip -- it wasn't too thick or too thin, so it was very easy to fill in my brows to get a natural look without too much effort. As for the color, I got Light Blonde, and it was pretty good. I have Blonde brows/lashes, and have a hard time finding a good brow color: They're almost always WAY too dark. Although this one is a tad darker than I'd like, it's not bad and I don't have to remove too much color after I apply it. It's also a good value for the money, so I'll most likely be ordering it again. ... show more

    • This is the strangest eyebrow pencil I’ve ever had

I’m not sure what the lengthening aspect is of this pencil; for the most part, the color is pretty good… But!… There are black dots in the pencil, that, when applied to the brow, make the brow line very, very dark. It’s almost as if a tiny speck of charcoal is in the pencil. And I end up with very dark lines throughout the line of my brow. So I use an eyebrow brush to blend. Not thrilled with this, but it is hard to find good brow pencils that are for a light blonde. ... show more

I bought one pencil in the beginning of 2023 and it was so wonderful - mid 2023 I bought several and put them away in my bathroom. However, 1.5 years later and I go into my stash and NONE of the pencils work - they are all very hard and waxy and NO color comes off. It would have beeen really nice had the seller stated an experation date on the merchandise. Had to toss 8 pencils and I would not buy from this seller again. ... show more

After purchasing quite a few different brow pencils I finally chose this one as my favorite. Long lasting, soft, very easy to apply, Unforunately the one i just is received was dried out and defective but have gotten no response from Maybelline so im pretty disappointed. On a positive note,extremely inexpensive compared to others that I have paid more $ for but less effective in one way or another. Problem is, what do I do with the multitudes I've stock piled yet won't use! Lol ... show more
