I purchased this so that I could have my 8 year old granddaughter for sleepovers. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is for the price. Once out of the packaging, it plumped up quickly. The fabric is soft and looks great. The thick cushions make it quite comfortable. The length is suitable for a child or small adult. I would not recommend it for a taller adult. The only complaint I have is how the L-shaped arm rest attaches to the cushion. The velcro to hold it in place is sewn into the cushion and sits so deeply into it, that it can't grip the arm rest and stay attached. Perhaps if the velcro were glued instead, it would sit on top of the cushion and more easily grip the arm rest. All in all, it is a great addition to my apartment and looks great in my living room. It certainly serves its function and for the price, I can recommend its purchase. ... show more

Product works for a playroom as a sitting area and fold out mats and mattresses as needed. Be aware the height measurement is to the top of the pillow so the sitting area is lower than expected. Good for kids but a bit low for adults. We have had several of the buttons fall off of the units with minimal use. It's a cosmetic issue but if you have small children and are concerned about a choking hazard be aware.
