I just received my product and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly like the pictures, which I appreciate because you never really know with Amazon. It hasn’t fully fluffed up yet, but I did test it out and it is extremely comfortable. The memory foam is firm, so you’re not sinking into it, but it still feels supportive. The bottom foam is about 4 inches thick and feels sturdy. The pillow area does have pieces of foam that you can feel a little when lying down, but nothing major. I needed a place for my grand kids to sleep when they stay over and I didn’t want a large piece of furniture, this works well. I have it in their playroom and it is a couch by day and stretches out into a full size bed at night. They are comfortable on it.

I bought this for my daughter’s room so that she can sit on it under her loft bed and also use it as a mattress for her friends when they sleepover. When I first opened it, I noticed a small green pen mark in one corner. It looked like a marker stain. Other than that, it was in good condition. I was disappointed with the stain but it wasn’t too big and it is only seen when it is unfolded in a bed position. I emailed the company to ask if I could be somehow compensated for the flaw, but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of returning such a big item. It also took about a week to receive it. The company got back to me quickly and offered a $20 compensation. I was fine with that, at least I got some kind of refund. The sofa is very soft and gives a lot of support. It doesn’t take long to expand to its maximum size after you open it. The fabric is very soft. In a sofa position, it is a good size and offers enough support for my daughter. I don’t sit on it much so I don’t know how comfortable or supportive it would be for a fully grown adult. As a bed, it is also very comfy and the mattress is thick but soft enough. I have slept on it and it is comfortable enough for one night. I wouldn’t want to sleep on it every night but for occasional nights it is fine. The pillow that comes with it is a little strange as it is filled with small pieces of cut up foam. ... show more

It’s a full sized floor futon. It needs atleast 2 days to fully inflate to its regular size. The brochure in the box says to leave it sitting in the sun - but I’m working with the sunlight that we have indoors and it’s been inflating all night so far and it’s almost at full size. It’s awesome! The cats love it, it’s really comfortable and I originally purchased this because I needed something that was a lounge / game chair, but also a bed for guest when they are over and aren’t stuck sleeping on the couch. I give it 10 out of 10. It’s everything I expected a floor sofa to be. It sits low, but the cushions are thick and the corduroy material is so nice! Kept going back and forth on the funky colors and was between the bright blue, tangerine orange and lime green. It’s actually the size of a full size mattress when you fold it out. It’s awesome! Pics are showing it as it’s still in the process of inflating but it’s so nice! It’s machine washable as well. The entire cover comes right off for easy washing. The key is to really let it inflate for 2 days minimum, otherwise you’ll have a wrinkly deflated looking floor couch. ... show more

The item arrived dirty, stitching completely coming apart. It is very flimsy and nothing is fluffy about it. It looked very used as if a customer returned it already. I purchased it for my special needs classroom as a calming seating area…. No good… I’m very disappointed. Now I have to take the time to box it up all dirty and send it back. ... show more

I brought to substitute for a bed until I move- best decision. Took 1 - 2 days to fully fluff up ; me and my dog love it. It’s a good firm feeling but nothing uncomfortable. Fits a 5’4 person & a small dog & a medium sized dog with 6 small stuffies & this is leaned up on the wall so fully laying down you could fit a taller person. Easy to clean off dog hair . Simple assembly . Color is black so yea. Thickness a 10 & value for money worth it. When I move I can easily just fold it up , tape it up nd go.
